Good reasonably quick double tyre change. Good prices and discounts. Included front wheel alignment. Ran out of tpms valves and forget to say so threw in a rear wheel alignment to compensate.

Booked in in advanced and was very quickly done

Once been back still not right the wheel alignment steering wheel off as driving not impressed just don’t feel comfortable going back as can’t get it right even with the hunter alignment machine

2.5 hours to fit 4 tyres, told they couldn’t tighten wheel nuts and needed a new set at £80, which I refused and when the fitter came out with my car I asked him if it was safe to drive home, he said there all torqued up, but 2 nuts would probably need replacing next tyre change, also told I needed 4 new valve stems at £15 per wheel, the week before I’d had 2 new ones fitted at kwikfit due to the pressure sensors failing, there was also a lady in there for a puncture and she advised that she needed a 4 wheel alignment and she needed this done every 3k miles

I have used this company and garage before. I found the level of service to be very good. I understand that their wish not to get involved in an insurance claim for a damaged tyre is too time consuming.However the price I paid was higher than I expected.

I like the people, although like so many in the service motor trade they struggle to get & retain staff. The tyre fitting is always good, no wheel damage and good balancing.
