Great service for my MOT...on time and well within the timeframe stated

Hit a pothole and damaged my tyre, David turned around my stress levels and got me back on the road within 1 and half hours and excuse the pun,they were flat out.

As always, David from Protyre is knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Good service and reasonable price

Very easy to book online. Dave was very friendly and gave a clear outline of the work that needed to be done during my car's service. Work was completed quickly and follow-up issues were explained.

I took my wife's Morgan Plus 4 for its annual MOT and the guys were a bit surprised to see such a car. But they carried out a very thorough MOT test while I waited. It was all very friendly and enjoyable experience.

It was easy to order and pay for my tyres on the website. I was able to book a fitting slot at my convenience. The team were friendly and did an excellent job. I shall be using Protyre Carterton again.

Easy to book in advance and see tyre stock, efficient on the day and really super helpful when I realised I had picked up a screw in my rear tyre on the way over helping to fix this in addition to changing over my front tyres for no extra cost.

Easy to see cost and time to get it arranged. Great prompt service when went to garage and sorted quickly

Where do I start!
They fitted the new tyres then told me they couldn't set the tracking because they didn't have the equipment required to set up a car with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance System).... something many modern cars have! I had to find another garage to do the tracking because the nearest Protyre centres with the right equipment either didn't answer the phone or the only person qualified to use it was on holiday for the week.
To add insult the one of wheel nut covers fell off before they reversed the car out of the workshop.....a good job I spotted this as most of them were so poorly fitted I would have lost more on the way home.

Great team!! Went in for a replacement tyre and a brake issue. They needed to order parts, got it all sorted the same day. Very quick turn around, brilliant service and just an all around good experience.

Booking was really easy. On service day all went well and really good customer service. Very pleased all round with everything

I used Protyre last Spring to regas my Toyota's a/c so when I needed 4 new tyres a couple of weeks ago Protyre came up on the searches with the best prices for the Falken tyres which were the original brand fitted when the car was new. Even better was the fact when I came to order they had a promotion which took £10 each off tyre so I was very happy with that. I placed the order and arranged a suitable appointment for fitting a few days later. I delivered it 10 minutes before the due time and was told it would be ready between 1 hour and 1 1/2 hours. We returned after just over an hour later and it was just coming off the ramp. Good and fast service, good price and friendly staff. Will certainly continue to use them in future.

Told my auntie not to go there.took an hour to do 2 tyres on her little car. Staff stood around . No rush to get her sorted.

Great service, good price ( although it could have been better). I copied the code to save £10 but it didn’t let me apply it at checkout. Car was in and out quickly.

David was courteous and efficient in handling my emergency tyre needs after pothole damage.

Great service, quick and efficient and even managed to source a new tyre for a blowout a few days before. Dropped the tyre in whilst they were doing my van tyres and they called me a few days later when it was all done. Always do a great job.
