Excellent MOT service only downside being the property rejuvenation meant there was no waiting area - surely could have been organised better?

The fitter working on my car was helpful quick and polite what more could you ask for

Good company. Needed 2 new tyres that arent standard. Ordered them in and fitted them with no hassles. Really friendly and helpful staff with good and quick service. Booked a time and day and was all completed effortlessly. Would recommend them no problem.

if you planning to do you M.O.T there be prepared to spend £300-400 per bulb. They will rip you off. They will find things that are not necessary for you to fix.I Personally got told for a plate bulb with boot switch for £209 and £100 to fit. i got the bulb along with the switch for £10 and it took me less than 20senconds to fit

I had a reminder from Protyre that my MOT was due, a month before and I had forgotten to book. They fited me in for an MOT very quickly and did the service the following day. I was already aware that 2 tyres were near the limit and though it passed the MOT, they had my tyres, in stock, so I could replace them, Very good and customers are felt valued.

My 19 year old Daughter needed 2 front tyres on her Mazda, plus a wheel alignment to prevent the new tyres from being scrubbed.
She was nervous about going into a garage for the first time on her own, and we needed a tyre for my wife’s Merc anyway, so I went along.
The staff were friendly and courteous as always.
And it turned out that her alloy wheels had some corrosion by the tyre bead. They went ahead and dealt with that for her prior to fitting the tyres on a busy Saturday. And for no extra charge, only mentioning it once the problem had been dealt with.
As I said to her, THAT is why I go to ProTyre, even though it’s a mile or two further. They go the extra mile for their customers.
As a first time experience, I don’t think she could have asked for better.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Arrived at 4 PM on a Friday without a booking after being turned away from other garages because it was to late in the afternoon.Protyre went above and beyond to help me out with a tracking problem as I had a long drive ahead even though it meant them closing late. Cannot recommend them enough.
