What a great service had problems with computer on progress site always saying error with registration plate so knew what tyres I wanted . Went in seen Kevin had a discussion on miles per Yr I do etc and decided to go medium range with fallen all season tyre got 4 sorted for the following day went in at time arranged job done half an hr later great service

Tracking issues
Took my daughters car in to get Tracking done as this had supposedly been done elsewhere, staff couldn’t have been more helpful, from releasing seized parts ( now I know it wasn’t done elsewhere) and rectifying the tracking my daughter now feels safe in her car Thank you Team Dumfries

Arrived early and asked for an alignment to be done also. Got on with replacing the tires and the alignment straight away, no fuss, no hassle. Didn't take long and I was soon on my way.

Protyre employees are very pleasant and polite, they checked my back tyres as well as changing my front 2. The done the tracking on my car and then brought the car back to me. The guy did a great job and cleaned the slick of my tyres unlike some places where your left with goo around your tyre and alloy. Only downside was my appointment was 11am but due to a bank Holiday the day before my tyres were due in with there 11.30am delivery not there fault more of a computer error. Would definitely recommend.

Aa a single woman new to the area
Aa a single woman new to the area, I must admit I was abit nervous about getting tyre's, but as it turns out,there was absolutely no need , what a warm and friendly bunch of lads, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable.. they were helpful and informative, and the service was great, I didn't have to wait long atall..I will be using them in the future and tell my friends to use them aswell.. perfect.
