I booked the free tyre check as I had a problem with one of my tyres. Good job I did as one of my other tyres had a bulge. The fixed first tyre free and I bought a replacement for the tyre with a bulge, all while I waited. Plus sorted warning light and corrected my clock. Brilliant service as always

The team at ProTyres Fareham were both accomodating and thorough in investigating an engine tempreture warning light on my wifes Hyundai i10. A full diagnostics and pressure check was conducted to identify the probable cause; which gave her confidence that the problem was not serious and the car could continue to be driven without worry or concern.

Sorted out a difficult situation as wheel bearings were shot

From start to finish the level of professionalism & knowledge was impeccable. I had new wheels to go on my vehicle & the garage arranged a test fit before ordering the tyres. All fitted great & tyres ordered & then installed. Great service from them all.

Took the car for MOT in July, needed two back tyre sensors, after I had left they called to advise I also needed a front, I asked which one as the front were working fine on the way there, also I had a front sensor fitted previously by another garage, so I said I would take it back to them as it was done only a few month ago, anyway, he back tracked a bit said he would call me back, 20 mins later they called saying it was a computer error and both front sensors were working ok! two days later I hear a rattling coming from the back drivers side, took it in, they had a look and said it was the front sensor...I sat in the waiting room and watched them work on my car, they worked at the back of the car not once going anywhere near the front! (maybe they have really long arms!) 4.5 months later the sensor on the rear drivers side stops working!! I took it back in, guy had a look and then came into reception and announced that the sensor on that tyre was not one of theirs and that a new sensor had not been fitted!!!! so paid for work but never got got done.....they then fitted a new sensor (as far as I know) the explanation they gave was that probably when the tyres got changed at some point, they got put back on in different positions....im no mechanic but really, that was what they were going with! doesn't explain how a sensor wasn't fitted! 🤔(raised eyebrow!) I strongly believe from start to finish they tried to have me over because I am a women and they thought I have no Idea! I mean come on,....really!
