Prompt and efficient service at a competitive price

Had to wait 6 hours to get my MOT and Service done plus putting two new tyres on car. Felt that I was pushed to one side for other jobs to go in front of me. also I had to cancel an afternoon appointment as I had no transport to get to the appointment

Very professional and friendly. I was taken around my car, once it was hoisted up, to go through what work was needed. I was able to get it completed over two visits to make it a little more lighter on my pocket

Regularly use this branch. Always prompt and return vehicle on time. Good value, pleasant and courteous staff. Highly recommended.

Other than work necessitating Ford agent attention, I have used Protyre, Fareham, for all car servicing and MoT for many years. Other than minor shortcomings (unable to print wheel tracking details because printer out of ink and, on several occasions attempting to book online and enjoy a £10 - 20 discount, the discount code is not valid at the Fareham branch - one wonders what branch(es) do accept the supposed discount?), I am mostly pleased with the service I receive.

I noticed the car was pulling to one side when driving. I rang the garage and spoke with Biggy? he booked me in straight away and it was a while you wait service. The technician inspected the wheels, tyres and air pressures and said all appeared to be in order. He then carried out wheel alignment. That showed that it needed adjusting. They provided a before and after printout and I was sent on my way. All within 40 minutes. Noticeable difference in the way the car drove straight afterwards. Thank you!

The staff were great, they checked our tyres thoroughly after a tyre check after a warning on our car. We have been to the same place for several years, and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

I tried to use the website to buy tyres, the ones I wanted said limited stock please enquire. I did this twice by leaving a message, it said will contact within 24 hours. Nothing each time, so I phoned. After waiting on hold for 40 mins, they said they can get them, then said they can't do it for the price on the Internet??? They were an extra £30. Protyre are pretty useless and will not part with my money in their direction again!!

Easy access great service and very friendly staff. They just do the work that is needed. I Highly recommend Protyre as they are very trustworthy.
