Good deals online for tyres and alignment and the ability to book an slot on line made the experience very easy. Great staff who changed the tyres and checked a puncture. Kept up to date when car was ready for pick up.

Great service went for a a/c check up
Great service went for a a/c check up, staff was very welcoming and helpul from start to end. Will definitely be coming back. Best experience i’ve had in a while from all the garages that I have been, most of them are usually grumpy and disrespectful towards customers, but not protyre. Keep up the good work guys

Excellent Garage
Everyone at this garage is really helpful and always help with anything I need. I popped in one Saturday as I had a flat tyre and despite them being due to close in 30 minutes they still took the time to check it over and replace my tyre, this is just one of the many times they have helped me out. I would highly recommend Pro Tyre Hemel

Will not trust these people to work on my car again.
I took my car to the Hemel Hempstead branch for its annual service & MOT in February and was advised that it needed new brakes and fluid. I declined on the brakes and said I'd get some quotes. When I asked how urgent the fluid was they said it should be done now, so I accepted (£49.99).
I got some quotes for new brakes and chose a independent local garage to do the work about a week later, I told them the fluid had already been changed and was surprised to be told that the fluid I had definitely wasn't new.
I complained to Protyre and received an email saying my £49.99 would be refunded and asking me to confirm my original payment details. I confirmed and have chased up again since, but there has been no response at all.
I feel misled and ripped off.

Aircon regas
I took my van to Protyre for an Aircon regassed after purchasing a discounted voucher from Groupon. The staff were polite and friendly. I was offered an appointment within a few hours of contacting them to book. The task was completed with no dramas or upselling and the Aircon is now working really well, thankfully in the current heatwave temperatures. It was working beforehand, but as it had been nearly 5 years since it's last regas, it's not surprising that it is now so much better.
