Had an issue with a rounded wheel nut, but they organised to get it removed, excellent service with a great team. Highly recommend tyres fitted job completed at a good price.

Efficient and quick change of two tyres. Used Protyre many times.

Good job was done replacing the exhaust.relaxed atmosphere and accomodating.slight negative job took a bit longer than I was told.

Helpful staff, all work explained, Work done in a professional and timely manner.

Stevie was very polite and helpful in a stressful situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this garage again.

The 2 guys working on the day I was there were excellent, the guy in charge, I think his name is Stevie has a perfect blend of friendlyness and professionalism. Both guys did a first rate job. They are a real credit to your business. Based on this I would have no hesitation in recommending protyre/Abbotsinch to anyone. Good tyres, well fitted at a good price.

All staff members were extremely polite & courteous. The mechanics took the time to explain & point out the parts of the car that needed replacing and/or repaired - namely 2 exhaust parts plus a screenwash pump - while taking the time to look out for the most cost effective way to carry out the repairs.

Popped the car in here today as I had a slow puncture, but thought I also needed 2 tyres at the front (so I needed someone who would have 3 x 18" in stock). Spoke to Stevie who was really friendly and well informed. Confirmed I needed the two front, which I sort of suspected anyway and chatted me through the pros and cons of repair for the slow puncture if possible. Since I clock up the miles with my car, I decided to go ahead and replace all four tyres for the winter and I was offered a fab deal! They also checked my tracking, which I knew would need adjusted and sorted that for me too. All in all, I'm happy and so is my wallet!

Brilliant service. The staff are friendly. I had previously been in to get my exhaust fixed and today with a puncture. Will definitely be returning when needed.

Went in for wheel alignment and Stevie noticed how bad my tyres were. I recently had two new ones put in and told the others were fine. Stevie gave me a great deal and I couldn’t be more thankful for his help. It was all done there and then which I’m grateful for as I need my car due to mobility issues. Ordered tyres online, booked fitting. Can't fault the guys..quick, courteous and didn't have to wait long. Would recommend and use again.

After getting messed about by 4x4tyres, i ordered tyres through the Kilmarnock branch directly. Got 4x all terrains fitted with no issues whatsoever. Great bunch of guys, will be my go to for them in the future

Went in to get my back box fixed before my cars MOT,But I ended up getting more work done than I anticipated, including 2 new tyres.
Left happy enough I guess. But,the heat shield was banging, took it back to get fixed. It's still banging. And now due to scheduling I won't have the time to get it fixed prior to the MOT so I'll get it fixed then.
Would I go back?. If I'm honest I'm not totally sure. Maybe. Time will tell

Friendliness of staff and prompt on time finish of job. Was even offered free coffee and tunnocks tea cake. Had been in before for some advice and guy was able to sort out problem so I told him I would return next time I needed tyres. Definitely go back again

Booked and paid for two front tyres to be fitted then had to cancel £200 worth . Asked for refund was told no problem to then have nothing 2 and half wks on . Have called shop 4 times and been in and still nothing . Con men and liars stay clear .

We arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon with a nail is our Enterprise Car Hire. They bent over backwards to change our tire and get us on our way quickly and efficiently. They didn't have to take us in, but they did and we greatly appreciate it! I wish I had gotten the names of the individuals that assisted us because they went above and beyond to help us out.
