Having booked and paid for tyres and front wheel alignment and arrived 10 minutes early I was made to wait 2 hours before get my vehicle back. Plenty of staff strolling about but only 3/4 people work... もっと見る

It’s was so easy to book, and very easy when I arrived. All staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Got the work done.
Got the work done (front wheel alignment). Reasonable price. It took over an hour though, and I had booked and paid online in advance. Not sure what the point of booking was when I still had to wait in a queue then explain what I needed doing.

Ok in a pinch, but they’re slow.
The work seems to have been done well, but their appointment system is a bit useless. I booked online, only to be told to go the next day, first thing, because the tyres weren’t in.
They make a big deal about showing up on time, but when I did there were 6 cars ahead of me - they don’t stick to the appointments at all so there’s no point making one. I let them upsell me wheel alignment, so after my tyres were done my car disappeared for ages. Maybe an hour. In the end I had to ask where it was, and it was available in minutes. I’ve no idea what was going on.

An excellent and professional service
An excellent and professional service. I was speedily attended to. The guys fitting the new trres showed me a slightly buckled wheel and very clearly laid out the options for me as to what to do with it.

Great job
Great job, great price. Would’ve been 5* but when I turned up for my allotted 08:00 appointment no fitters were due in until 09:00 as the booking system hadn’t allowed for it being Easter Monday. The fact that they were working at all is commendable though!

I booked online a 10am slot to have 2 new tyres and balancing done. It took 1 & 3/4 hours before completed. I had expected a lot less than 1 hour! New tyres and balancing all look fine.

I drive 25 miles to Micheldever because…
I drive 25 miles to Micheldever because every time I go there I sense I am getting a great price and the people fitting my tyres really know what they are talking about. I discovered them in the 90s when I found they could supply 4 tyres for my SAAB for the price my local dealer wanted for 1. Just keep on going back.
