Car booked in for 13:00
Car booked in for 13:00, when I dropped it off they said come back in an hour which I did. The car hadn't moved drove away 3 hours after dropping off. No apology for waiting so long. When I got home I noticed that the hatch in the boot where the locking wheel nut was dismantled and not put back together

Good price on tyres
Good price on tyres , fitting good , waiting area much improved . Disappointed that tracking wasn’t checked after fitting tyres was told old tyres worn even and didn’t need checking ??

Would have given 5 stars but knocked one off as I haven't recieved the email with details of the work done for my records.
Everything else was fine, pleasant efficient staff, job completed as promised at a fair price.Will use again.
