After a cancelled mot because of staffing issues, everything got sorted as promised by my renewal date, it was inconvenient but these problems can often be unavoidable

What’s not to like
What’s not to like? These were the best value tyres I could fine online and fitted for much less than the high street / walk in price. A range of dates and times for local fitting offered and additional extras such as alignment offered at check out. Great service ans all payable using a range of methods to make road safety more affordable for all.

From visiting to have tyres checked and ordered 2 replacements were fitted the same day.
Excellent person on reception and so pleasant to deal with and answering questions.

Staff/mechanics just need to learn to…
Staff/mechanics just need to learn to speak to customers better. If there is an issue with dashcams in vehicles then there probably should be a sign up in reception area. Apparently they are not allowed as its the law and even though it was turned off the dashcam is still an issue as it should be removed or it can fail an mot as apparently they are obstructing the drivers vision.
The female reception lady who was standing in was understanding but won't be going back as not impressed. The previous service should of took about 2 hrs but was done in under an hour and a half and even in that time the mechanic dealt with another cars tyre. Not sure its value for money.
