Solved my problem there and then. Matching my previous price for 2 tyres and fitted them. Allowing me reduced downtime and the ability to earn money. Extremely helpful chap in the office.

Not a great deal to say, to be honest.
Dropped my car off for its MoT and went for a coffee.
Came back. The car had passed. Paid and left.
Job done.
It all happened very quickly and professionally. I did enjoy being called Mr Marsh and not "mate" as is more often the default settings, these days.

Website was easy enough to buy my tyres and book in at a date and time convenient for me at the branch on Alder Hills. On arrival I was greeted by a happy helpful chap. The person who carried out the works listened to me & followed my request. Thanks guys

I came in to get a recon gas on my air…
I came in to get a recon gas on my air conditioner, I was advised I need one new tyre as the on the car was to dangerous to leave, I had 2 new tyres fitting, when the car was ready they where not put back in the right place as instructed and the pressure on each tyre was to high, they where changed for me and when got home, I adjusted the pressure to the correct setting

Staff attitude was not good
Staff attitude was not good.
I explained check all tyre pressure check, but didn't.
Again I am back and asked but they showing but no air filling, the car monitoring gags was same showing after running the car

Customer service was really efficient…
Customer service was really efficient and friendly at the store Barter road.
I went before at the other protyre store and was not the good service. The employee came over to assist me and he was eating a sandwiche, and he wasn`t really keen to. Maybe I was disturbing.
I don`t recommend the store at cabot lane.

Car off road due to seized brakes. Protyre Poole replaced rear discs calipers pads bearings and brake fluid change. Very professional and friendly service I was very pleased and would recommend them.
