Great service, easy to book online
Booking and paying using online site was simple. When dropping off the car, the staff were helpful and explained everything. Contacted me as soon as the work was completed - identified some areas to consider before the next MOT.

I recently booked my vw t-roc car in…
I recently booked my vw t-roc car in for 2 front tyres. I was told ,that due to cracking, that my rear tyres needed replacing. So I booked them in a week later. I also booked for a free wheel alignment check. I noted at the time the price for adjusting the wheel alignment was £28.
On return, the receptionist , told me that the alignment was slightly out.
I said ok adjust it. He said that's £ 46 !. To which I said no, it's £28 ! He said no, that's the online price. So he said I would have to rebook the car in to get that price. At this time, the car was on the ramp , with the alignment equipment attached and the mechanic, waiting around for instruction ! I said that it is ridiculous and then said you are trying to exploit the situation. I then said no, so protyre, instead of getting £28 got nothing!!
In summary , I and my family will never use protyre again !!
I am telling everybody I know also not to use them !!
A very angry ex customer!!

It’s not just about the repair etc it’s about the customer feeling welcome and important and the Rhino guys have nailed it ( pardon the pun)
