Very friendly and helpful man on reception who provided excellent customer service. Got my punctured tyre repaired same afternoon so impressed with the speed of service

I had forgot to MOT my car and Protyre were able to fit me in very quickly. From the time of booking to taking my car in and collecting it I was dealt with very courteously and professionally. Could not fault the service given. Car passed as well.

Having found a nail in my tyre late in the day and the tyre was almost flat. I booked in for a tyre check online for the next morning. I received an out of hours 10:45pm that night and 6:15am the next morning from ANTHONY to acknowledge and we had an email exchange to confirm it would be ok to drop off first thing and leave with them to look at and either repair or replace.
I dropped off when they opened and by 9:15am I received a call to confirm given where the nail was a repair could not be done and a new tyre would be required. By 10:30am I had received a further call to say it was all done.
I am a regular customer of the Bodelwyddan site and yet again, over and above customer service received from the team. Thank you Protyre and would highly recommend.

Price was good, fitting on time and person on reception good. Positives done, now the negative- which is ok for me but might be a big issue for others. I had two front tyres fitted. When I left the station the pressures recorded by my car were way off. I stopped at a garage to check them. One was 43PSI, the fully loaded value. The car was not fully loaded. The other tyre was 6psi lower. This is not any pressure recommend by the manufacturer. If this was a one off I’d ignore it as an oversight. The problem is, we had two tyres fitted to my wife’s car a couple of months ago. Same issue. Not really good enough. I did debate 3* review as tyre pressures are very important.

45 minutes to have 2 front tyres replaced.
Was never given a receipt at the end of my purchase. Was told I needed a new rear driver side tyre apparently cord was showing. When I left the garage to do my own check there was no cord on show and the tyre is still 4mm.

Last time I come here 2 years ago my air valve caps weren't put back on my car and they were peugeot branded ones. They checked around and couldn't not be found.

Thought I would come back again after 2 years and still not satisfied.

Booked my van in for a diagnsotic check suppose to cost £14. Went to collect it charged me £120. Said they think they’d sorted the problem, on the way home the ABS light came on. Fuming
