Had a good range of options for tyres, the prices were better than the competitors. The work was done quickly and communication was good. The vehicle report is very comprehensive.

Was able to leave my car with them whilst waiting for tyre delivery and going to the hospital. Was kept upto date about progress of the work to be completed. Received all paperwork in hand, car drives as new now and goes straight instead of pulling to the left.

Appalling service
Appalling customer service from Pro Tyres. I took my daughter’s car in on Saturday morning with a clearly visible screw causing a puncture. Despite knowing this, they refused even to inspect the tyre or offer any option to return later that morning, simply telling me to come back the following week.
Completely unacceptable for a tyre centre. The lack of care and basic customer service was shocking. I will never use Pro Tyres again and would strongly advise others to go elsewhere.
