Always receive a super service from Southam Tyres. Guys all very helpful.

MOT easy to book, and work was completed in a timely manner. Would happily use again.

They’re been doing a great job for years.

Unable to get my car to the schedule booked in time due to a breakdown. Protyre were extremely understanding, and let me re-book at a time thatsuited me. A second tyre was also replaced when a slow puncture was identified and unknown to me.
Great team, very helpful.

Booked an MOT which was fine, car failed on a couple of items and was told I'd be given a quote for repairs either later that day or the day after. Hadn't heard anything by the following lunchtime so rang up. Spent 10 minutes on hold and then instead of them answering the phone it was picked up and immediately replaced on the cradle. Did the service I asked for, but the follow up customer service was pretty poor

My car went in for an MOT/Service to the Southam branch and suffered a major electrical fault whilst in their care.
They tried to diagnose/fix the fault (without my knowledge) but failed.
They then decided to play all innocent when I reported the fault to them and were doing me a favour to take a look.
They spent another day trying to fix it, but failed.
At that point I thought they had been decent, but then reviewed my dashcam footage and found out the truth.
Shocking.
I'm now left wth an unsafe car to fix and currently waiting for my complaint to be dealt with.
A week in , the ProTyre managers haven't even got in contact. Great customer service.

Got my MOT booked in (online) within the week with no hassle at all... The staff were helpful, friendly and the whole drop off, MOT, handing back process was as smooth as you like - Thank you!

When I arrived at Southam I needed a new tyre urgently as I was using a replacement spare tyre after a burst tyre
The man behind the desk was so kind and helpful. He arranged for the tyre to be replaced within an hour and a half and rang me when it was ready. No wonder I go there regularly.

Not my ususal Protyre location but for some reason the tyres I wanted to order, (to match the other axle) could not be ordered online to my closest fitting centre. Would be interested to know why this was.

Kieran the manager was extremely helpful in arranging the timely fitting of a replacement coil spring.

The tyres were replaced quickly and the reception kept me informed during the process .

Quick easy and cheaper

Worse customer service I’ve ever seen. Specifically chose this garage since they offered a discounted wheel alignment with the purchase of new tyres. Dropped the car off and upon pick up I found one of the finishers had fallen off and I was lied to about it. On top of that, I was then told the rear wheel alignment (sole reason do choosing this garage and service advertised in their website) was not done because my suspension spring was broken. It wasn’t upon further checking. I called them about this and finally they admitted this was only a “miscommunication” since they aren’t able to provide this wheel alignment service with their equipment. I tried to get the number of someone who could help me get this alignment done within the franchise so I could use my discount and was only received with more lies and lack of help and accountability. Even hanging up on me several times and refusing to direct me to someone who could actually help my situation. Awful experience - would not recommend. Very dishonest people.
