New tyres
I booked my tyre fitting on line and it was an easy process.
When I arrived for my appointment i was welcomed with a friendly greeting by the facility manager and I was booked in promptly.
The guy who fitted my new tyres was also very friendly and polite and my job was done in a timely manner.
I would recommend this pro tyre garage 👍

They did not put the wheel trim/hub cap…
Following a mishap with my hubcap. The company contacted me and subsequently replaced all four trims with new ones...absolutely free of charge. I had not expected this to happen (I did not think people really read reviews) and I am now feeling happy and humbled. Thank you Protyre/Bathwick.

The staff always consultswith me about any problems they discover before commencing the repairs if they are needed and the manager takes the time to show the partsthat are going on the car if they are not identical to the ones they are replacing and instists the car is returned a few days later to check bolts are still tight

I had an appointment to have my tyre…
I had an appointment to have my tyre changed and it was dealt with as soon as I arrived. I was able to wait in reception while it was done. I had already paid when ordering so I was able to leave as soon as they had finished. The staff are very friendly and I will go back when the need arises for another new tyre.
