Easy process to book an MOT, prompt service.

Called into Thetford branch 3rd March with slow puncture and was swiftly sorted and on my way. Well done to all staff who helped me.

Great service, very patient! Sam on reception was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Booked 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM for the following services:
- Brake Fluid Change
- Front Wheel Alignment
- Free TPMS Check
- Free Air Conditioning Check

Arrived at 1:15 which was my bad. I didn't account for how far it actually is from Downham Market. However, I did not expect that the service for my car didn't start until after 2:30 which ended up lasting until their closing time at 4:00.

There was no explanation/word of what has been done to the car or the results of the checks. Okay given that their is an inspection result PDF. I checked the PDF and the TPMS area is empty and there is nothing about Air Conditioning.

I called a few days later to follow up about those checks. I was told that the guy who I was speaking with did not work that day and that he would follow up and send me an email. Days went by and I did not receive any email.

I called again, this time the guy who answered said that he remembered and he will check the files to make sure and give me a call back. Still no call back to this day.

Awesome service, I needed 4 tyres quickly, fitted immediately , no waiting and a very good price. I will always now use them. Thank you

They were very accommodating and fitted us in at short notice. They also advised us on the best tyre for our needs at a price that fitted our budget.

Took all day to complete car service when originally was advised 1,5 hrs.
Poor communication
Overpriced. Initial price look attractive, however half way through the job you getting told that there are a lot ,, extra’’ is required to be paid for to complete service, but would already included in packages offered by other services

Responsive to my request and immediately checked tyres without having booked appointment. Helpfully discussed, to make decision on purchase of new tyres. Rather a long wait, but I recognise they had fitted me in between planned jobs. Pleased with outcome and felt safe driving on wet roads.

Cheerful staff, quick handover, ready on time. What more could you ask for.

Very friendly staff, professional and excellent service.
Would highly recommend.
