From carrying out the initial battery test to sourcing a replacement and fitting it the following day (it could have been within a couple of hours but had a prior engagement) - speedy, professional and friendly service - they obviously knew what they were doing. Would thoroughly recommend them.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They sorted my problem even though my car wasn't actually booked in. Have been there before and would certainly use them in the future.

Went here to have 2 new front tyres fitted from Black Circles. Real nice genuine people, friendly receptionist, warm waiting area. Advised me to check the wheel alignment, I had this done, and because I have had previous work done to it, it was out completely. Gave me a report from my car to see the alignment readings. Accepted to have all 4 done, the guy said he couldn't do the back as one was seized, I already knew this as I had been told previously. Proves that these guys are honest and reliable.

I only visited for a annual service because it was local. After MOT at a different garage, 2 of my tyres were given an advisory. Protyre tried to scare me into 4 new tyres, one being so bad they could not test drive it after the service. This worried me so I visited a local tyre fitter and they said all 4 were legal but 2 were close so I changed the 2. They even tried to upsell the service. Protyre need to stop scaremongering and upselling. They don't seem to have learnt by being caught out the last time. I shall not be visiting again and would advise anyone to take care and watch out for runaway charges.

Had to wait 45 minutes before they started fitting the tyre despite an appointment booked and for 15 minutes there was no other cars on the ramp.. disappointed that my time was not valued while I can see that 3 employees were just standing there chatting . Otherwise fair prices and friendly reception.

Popped in for an MOT.
I was seen at the time I booked in for.
Staffs there are great and highly knowledgeable.

Generally excellent service. Only reduced to 4 stars this time as incorrect (much higher) pressure put in new tyre compared to other 3.

Excellent service to replace my two front tyres and the female manager was very helpful.

Very good value for money, I received a professional service and the staff explained in simple terms what was wrong with my vehicle and how they were going to fix it. I was told the cost upfront. Would highly recommend, it was also nice and refreshing to get mechanical information in detail from a female technician/manager.

Originally went in for a puncture repair but after investigation of the tyre when off the car the tyre was unsuitable for repair. Both rear tyres where close to replacement so Protyre firstly agreed to match the price quoted by another online provider then acquired to the tyres by pm the same day and fitted them. First class service again!
