Fast, friendly and fairly priced service

We can only praise the service I got from the team at Protyre Westbury. The biggest praise is for Steve. He gave us a good price and great service

They have always provided an excellent service and value for money. I have used them for many years. Like all garages they have gotten very busy, but as I don’t like to use others but this Protyre it would be nice to resolve their scheduling times

My rear brake pads and discs needed to be replaced. They mentioned the possibility of a caliper also being needed and prepared me with the cost. However, the caliper was not needed and my wallet gave a sigh of relief. First class service, again.

Helpful over the phone beforehand. Efficient in doing the job in question. Didn't make me feel like a 'stupid woman who knows nothing about cars'.

Fairly priced honest and reliable

i went to have my wheel alignment done, was greeted by Bev & she was lovely. Aaron had looked at my car & had it done quickly, he was also very friendly.

I've used Protyre Westbury for more than 20 years and always received excellent service without fault. On my recent visit however the engineer fitted my tyres (pre-ordered online) but only when I returned home did I spot that they were not what I ordered but a lower category model. I called and was told they could be swapped with no issue. I then received a call from Protyre reception attempting to tell me that the tyres fitted were a better tyre than ordered. I disputed this and pointed out that the tyre fitted was actually cheaper than that ordered, at which point it was again agreed that I could have them swapped, which I did. May have been a genuine error but together with the call to persuade me to keep them it just felt like I had been deliberately given a cheaper tyre than paid for thinking I wouldn't notice or be bothered to call to correct. Disappointed.

As always the lads couldn’t be more helpful, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent service and competitive prices

Dropped my car off on December 31st.
Rang up on Friday 2nd to ask if my car would be ready, the order taker didn’t put order so it hadn’t been processed and said they would do the work by 5:30 and give me a call.
No call, I rang up on 4 occasions with
No answer and being on hold for 10+ minutes each time.

Car was picked up on the Saturday, still no call today it was ready.

Quick, efficient service with supply and fitting.

Order process and fitting was very timely and competitive pricing. Excellent customer service.
