Fantastic service from the team at Protyre Ferndown. They’re always welcoming, knowledgeable and give honest, straightforward advice. Jack and Andrew on the desk are particularly personable and make the whole experience easy. Pricing is fair, the work is carried out quickly, and everything is handled efficiently from start to finish. I trust them fully with my vehicles – highly recommend. Bonus points for their appreciation of a good Hobnob biscuit!

Even though I had made no appointment, I was treated with courtesy and was happy to wait my turn. As ever, the service was excellent and I was happy with the outcome. Good work!

Amazing customer service took lowerd car here for tracking done

Have used Protyre twice recently, different garages each time due to staff rudeness. 1st visit did not order online so price was about £20 per/tyre more expensive. 2nd visit booked via app and time slot, had to wait 50 minutes before car taken into garage, service was poor. My son has also had poor service, so will not be using them again. Only trouble is they have taken over Bathwick and other small tyre centres so have a virtual monopoly.

Was informed that someone would reply to my review. Guessed it would not happen as they are very poor on customer service

I am very happy with the puncture mend Protyre did for me. 4 stars only because I would have appreciated some feedback while waiting - as to progress, and specifically confirmation that the puncture could indeed be mended.

Repaired my puncture while I waited and all staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful, especially Andrew and Jack. Definitely recommend this Protyre location on the Ferndown Industrial Estate

Booked in for 10:00 appointment. Arrived at 10:00. Told by staff I would have to wait until 10:30 as they already had two cars in the garage. Waited for my vehicle - my vehicle was taken in at 10:40 and returned at 11:40. Disappointed in wait time as I had booked an appointment it priority was given to walk ins.

All very mediocre!
Booked in and paid for 2 tyres on line. Unfortunately had to change the booking time. Despite phoning the branch 4 times in 1 day, being put in hold for up to 30 mins, I couldn't speak to anyone, just kept me on hold. Two emails went unanswered as well. Therefore had to visit the branch in person to rearrange to be warned "don't be late, we close at 1pm". On the day of the change, we arrived early to be advised they were running late! The tyre swap appeared rush with white glue(?) splats on the alloys. Requested an invoice to be told it would be emailed. More than 48 hours later, am still awaiting. Sorry Protyre, will be going elsewhere next time. All in all, very mediocre service.

Quick tyre fitting and good price

Was given a wrong estimate on the price which ended up being 15% more. Branch was late opening up. I was told that work would be done at 08.45am. This did not happen as the tyre had not been delivered and when I asked if he could call the delivery driver for an ETA in order to complete the work, was told we have no way of contacting the driver.

A pleasure to deal with them, and Jack on the desk very professional and gives a nice welcome. Most importantly the team do a good job of looking after my tyres!
