We spent 7 wonderful nights at Villa Skyler / Puglia Paradise this summer, and absolutely loved every moment. The villa offered full privacy, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. It was beautifully equipped and spotlessly clean — the mid-week cleaning was also done to a very high standard.

The pool area was fantastic. Starting each morning with a long swim and a warm coffee before the kids woke up became our favorite routine. Our youngest even went for a run in the area every morning! We enjoyed shopping for groceries at the local store and also appreciated the convenience of having food delivered to the fridge on the day we arrived.

We explored the local area — visiting the nearby shops, beach club, and charming restaurants — and also took a day trip to Alberobello, which was absolutely magical and a must-see.

The villa was easy to find, and Rossella, our Guest Angel, was amazing. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and was always helpful and kind throughout our stay.

We would highly recommend Villa Skyler to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Puglia — and we would love to come back again!

For the second year in a row, we've booked our dream holiday in Italy through Puglia Paradise. We rented Casa La Cocca, and the house lived up to everything we could dream of. It was in great condition, well-equipped, and we received excellent service from Puglia Paradise throughout the entire week. Puglia Paradise and our wonderful guest angel Rossella made this a trip for our family like no other! The Trullo was stunning, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. Rossella worked with us well in advance of our arrival to organize outings and dinner at the house. Any need or question that arose, she was prompt at addressing. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay or a more attentive guest angel!

Brilliant. One word sums up our experience with Puglia Paradise. From my first phone call with Massimo, who is so gracious and professional, to the final goodbye on our last day to his team—everyone delivered beyond our expectations.

Sara, our Guest Angel, was like a magician: every detail was thought of from our fridge filled with local cheeses, salamis/mortadella (from Martina Franca!), to the yummy artisanal breads, to the exquisite selection of wines, chilled, ready for us to drink by the pool on our first day.

And I highly recommend that every guest book a chef at their villa for an evening. The experience was a highlight for my family. Dinner was prepared, stories and wine were shared by chefs, who used local ingredients, homemade pasta, with olive oils from boutique estates, creating a meal that my family still talks about. We are not sure if it was the sunset, the warm breeze, the beautiful countryside, the food, the laughter — but the result was pure joy.

Sara also helped me book many other unique Puglia experiences, which my family loved. We learned how to make mozzarella at a small farm, then we ate the most delicious cheeses with homemade bread. So authentic. On another night, Sara managed to deliver to our villa, mouth-watering sausages from a local butcher which we grilled. Delicious!

The villa itself was not only beautiful, well-maintained, but also spotless, like a 5-star hotel. Sheets were so clean and fresh! Every detail was considered.

My family truly had an unforgettable stay in Puglia, thanks to Massimo, Sara and the team. They made us feel part of their family, part of the community. And isn’t that what travel is about?

Pulgia Paradise is a must if you are visiting the Pulgia region, which we highly recommend. We stayed in a charming, renovated farmhouse in the middle of an olive grove. It was private, authentic and sparkling clean. The service we received from our angel, Sarah B was exceptional. We arrived very late, after the dinner hour, and she arranged a grocery shopping service, local pizza delivered and local wine and beer for us, so that our arrival was pleasant. We were very grateful after a long day of travel. The fresh herbs and fruits planted around the property were lovely and we used the herbs in our cooking. There is a not seen pool cleaning and garbage collecting person who would come every morning without our knowledge and clean the pool, spray off the patio and pool areas, water plants and take the garbage. We never saw nor heard that person , but awoke to a property as clean as it was when we arrived. Thank you Pulgia Paradise, Sarah, pool cleaning person and midweek housekeepers. We loved staying with you!

Wir waren Ende August/Anfang September 2025 für 7 Nächte in der Villa Olivida. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir waren schnell in Ostuni, um dort die notwendigen Einkäufe zu machen. In der Nähe befinden sich tolle Restaurants und schöne Strände. Das Puglia Paradise Team war toll, besonders unser Guest Angel Rossella betreute uns bestens. Ein rundherum perfekter Urlaub an einem empfehlenswerten Ort!

We arrived to Trullo Due Ulivi with high expectations and we were not disappointed! We had previously stayed with Puglia Paradise at another Trullo and once again, what we were met with was excellence. The homes in Puglia Paradise's portfolio are so beautiful and cared for - and leaves you feeling at home the moment you step in the door. But the real show stopper of Puglia Paradise is the service that is provided from booking to departure, which makes you feel like you have a local family friend guiding you through your entire holiday. Our Guest Angel Sara was amazing and really excelled our stay! She provided great recommendations, booked us an amazing boat tour, handled the smallest questions or request and even delivered a surprise cake for my dad's birthday. All these little acts amount to an invaluable and unique holiday experience that is simply excellent!

I would absolutely book a holiday with Puglia Paradise again. The Villa we stayed in was outstanding. We actually didn't explore as much of Puglia as we originally planned, as it was so beautiful at Villa Olivida, we all just enjoyed the week relaxing at the villa with its fabulous pool and garden.
Our lovely 'Guest Angel' Sara was in contact with us well ahead of our holiday to provide information and assist us with recommendations/restaurants, etc. She met us at the villa when we arrived and was a really helpful contact during the week, booking us a taxi for an evening out.
We hadn't been to Puglia before, but it is certainly a region of Italy we would like to return to.

Absolutely amazing

It was the first time we have used Puglia Paradise and it definitely won’t be the last. The whole process was well managed and the communication was fantastic. Gioia,(our angel) was amazing and so helpful. Even before we left the UK and my father in law had forgotten his tablets and she was on the phone to the local pharmacy and resolving the issue. She even visited and got booking information for a local gym my son could use during the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. Trello Pia was delightful and far nicer than the pictures do it justice - a small piece of paradise! The cleaners during the week were fantastic and just helped make the whole experience even better. Thank you all so much, especially Gioia, and we look forward to booking again soon.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Trullo Infinity una settimana ad agosto 2025. Il trullo era al di sopra delle nostre aspettative: Molto pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli e molto confortevole. Punto forte della struttura la piscina privata a sfioro con una vista incantevole. Un grazie in particolare va al nostro guest Angel Luigi, super disponibile ed efficiente.

A great stay in Villa Cinera . Our first family holiday with a new baby and our Villa angel Rosella made sure it all went smoothly .
A fabulous swimming pool and a number of sitting out areas a in pretty garden meant there was plenty of space to relax.
Rosella organised transport , restaurants and a beach club. So much easier when you have local experts doing the planning . Would happily recommend .

This is our second time using Puglia Paradise! Right from the first email enquiry to our final day check out, their service has been superb. Nothing is a problem, they handled all of our questions promptly and are always so pleasant to deal with.
Our Guest Angel Rossella, was superb. She booked our 3 experiences (Catamaran Boat Trip & 2 x Beach Clubs), recommended restaurants and booked them for us also, she helped us with the parking when we were really stuck especially in Monopoli! She always responded so quickly, even in the evening time - she really made our holiday so special.
Our villa was superb - so clean & had everything you needed. Even though we only stayed for a week, we had a change of linen / towels / house clean & pool clean.
The Puglia Paradise App is also a fantastic guide for where to visit / parking / markets / experiences etc etc - a must have App when in Puglia!!
Overall we would highly recommend Puglia Paradise and their Guest Angels - their expertise and personal touch makes booking a holiday with them a must!

wij waren deze zomer te gast in trullo Murano van Puglia paradise. alles was perfect! van het eerste tot het laatste moment genoten van deze mooie locatie. alles is aanwezig om een fijne vakantie te beleven, alles zeer goed onderhouden en proper. een echte meerwaarde zijn de guest angels. onze guest angel was rosella, ze stond altijd klaar om al onze vragen te beantwoorden en te helpen. een top-adres voor een top-vakantie!

We spent a week at Villa Margareta in Ostuni which was our 4th time in 4 years. I cannot say enough about the property, the local area, Puglia, or Puglia Paradise. All are simply brilliant. Highest quality accommodation, beautiful countryside and sea, and the best company providing a 5 star service with a smile. Massimo the CEO is brilliant and Sara, our angel, is the best!

Puglia Paradise has become a magical place that we never wanted to leave, it now holds a special place
in our hearts. An authetic Apulian experience of nature, hospitality and relax. We spent two weeks in one of the most characterstic properties of Puglia Paradise, the Trullo Pia, a trullo that has been restored with the utmost care for detail while preserving its authenticity. Surrounded by beautiful olive groves and the stunning scenery of the Valle d’Itria, it felt like living in a dream. This beautiful project is clearly born from the love and passion of its owner, Massimo Valentini, whose commitment to quality and client care is evident in every aspect.
A heartfelt thank you goes to our Guest Angel Sara, a present yet discreet figure, ready to assist in any
given time with kindness and professionalitm. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable, offering us
countless recommendations from places to visit nearby to authentic non-touristy experiences and
places to buy local products. Sara made us feel welcomed and cared, from the beginning until the end. Upon arrival they welcomed us with a selection of high- quality local red and white wine, a gesture we deeply appreciated. Even our three dogs received a warm welcome: each was gifted a toy and some treats, which genuinely touched us and reflected the remarkable level of care and attention given to every guest. The maintenance and cleanliness of the property as well as assistance with handling orders and package deliveries directly to the villa, were also impeccable. Thank you to all Puglia Paradise team for the best stay and precious welcome. You know how to do hospitality.

Although we have spent a lot of time in the north of the country, this was our first visit to the south of Italy. We stayed in Villa Skyler for 10 nights in July. The villa was beautiful (even nicer than the photos suggest!) and we certainly made use of the huge outdoor terrace and pool with the breathtaking view. The location was perfect. It was private and quiet, but only 15 minutes drive from the stunning Ostuni and all its lovely shops and restaurants. All the interior and exterior spaces were spotless - the pool was discretely cleaned twice during our stay, early in the morning so as not to interfere with our stay. The days for internal cleaning were very flexible, and we arranged for the beds to be changed etc., on days when we knew we’d be out exploring.
Rossella (our guest angel) was fantastic. She gave us advice on everything (from places to park in the various towns we visited, to the best restaurants). We had our two boys with us - aged 7 and 10 - and she recommended lots of activities for them, including the Indiana Park, the caves at Castellana Grotte, the safari park and the beaches near Ostuni. She also booked meals for us, and was on hand the whole time via WhatsApp. If we had any questions or requests, she answered them immediately. Nothing was too much bother for her and it really made our trip! The guest app was also a brilliant resource.
If we ever have the opportunity to visit Puglia again, we will have no hesitation in booking our trip through Puglia Paradise.

Al inizi di Maggio ho passato 4 giorni in villa cinera. Era un evento per un completo che ho organizzato per mia amica. Eravamo 9 donne molto esigenti e abbiamo avuto diverse richieste anche al ultimo minuto. Grazie a Massimo e soprattutto SARA che è stata davvero santa tutto andato oltre le aspettative.
Dal trasporto al ultimo momento di piccole aggiunte Sarà è stata di un grandissimo supporto e comprensione e collaborazione.
Abbiamo usufruito di diversi servizi che propongono Puglia Paradise e devo dire che tutto andato al meglio. Ogni imprevisto è stato accolto e curato con massima comprensione e cura per il nostro benessere.
Non potevo avere un servizio migliore l.

We had an unforgettable week in Puglia at the end of June 2025, staying at Trullo Elisa – a beautiful and peaceful villa just outside Alberobello. The house was full of charm, thoughtfully equipped, and a perfect base for exploring the region.

What really made the experience exceptional was the service from Puglia Paradise. From booking to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. Our guest angel, Gioia, was outstanding – warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. It’s rare to experience this level of care and attention.
