Amazing service and there customer service is amazing!!
Been with them for a year and half now and the service is impeccable, the customer service is outstanding and when you do have issues they don't speak down to you and speak to you with respect.

The engineers were knocking for around 10 minutes and we have shared the evidence of this with you.

No one helped us
No one helped us. We purchased their mini broadband and it didn’t work. When we went to return it, they refused to do so.

Great customer service from Eleanor! I had issue for setting up my wifi so I contacted the online support. Eleanor responded professionally and patiently. The wifi now works very well!

Just renewed my contract
Just renewed my contract with Paul and increased bandwidth as I've had no issues (except occasional buffering) in the 20+ months I've been with them.
Paul made it very simple and quick so no complaints at all.
Hoping the next 12 months will be as good as the last 20+!

The broadband didn’t cover the whole…
The broadband didn’t cover the whole bungalow. The Wi-Fi box & the router were put in the corner of our lounge at the back of the TV, and we were told this would be okay for the rest of the bungalow. We couldn’t get any service in the bedrooms, dining room or kitchen. In hindsight we were better with Sky. Apparently pure broadband only guarantee the speed at point of entry!!! They advised us to buy extenders. An expense they never mentioned at any time

We're sorry to hear that the WiFi didn't cover the whole bungalow, unfortunately if your home is a little larger you may experience issues with connectivity and will require a mesh solution. If you contact our team, we may be able to work through some settings on your router to increase the range.

We’ve been with Pure for years and have only had to call them twice because the service has always been really good. Unteliable service delivery
l contacted the customer service however they do not seems to know what they are doing? l was been toss around and was not connect until after 2weeks after contract and paid pure broadband. l was told l will be contacted base on the bill however no one contact me. l cannot recommend this supplier.
