I want to share my story...I have 36th year Birthday today and it is my firs Birthday in our new house me and my partner bought last year in Jun. Still I can`t believe this is happened as we
we didn't plan and don`t had deposit to buy house we living in last 10 years.
When our landlady informed us that she want to sell this house I was so sad- we didn`t had deposit. Then
one of my colleagues advised me to contact with Dave Jandu- Financial Consultant @Pure Financial Decision. It was the best what i did-

Steve regan was our financial advisor previously and when it came to reviewing we naturally went to him. After contacting Steve's company Anesh became our advisor. We found him to be honest up front and very knowledge and really went to town to get us the best deal for our requirements. We found him to be straight talking and took time with us no rushing to push us into taking out any of the services pure financial were offering. We were very happy with service provided by Anesh on behalf of pure financial decision.

Professional, clear advice given to me. Would not hesitate to use Pure Financial Decisions again in the future.

I found the information provided interesting, but the style of delivery aggressive and insulting at times. My furniture was insulted "Its liking being in school" and my partner was asked "Are you a mortgage expert?" after he was trying to ask some questions. There were more complications when being told about writing a Will, which I had not asked for and being told that my existing Will was invalid, I accepted it is out of date but the information on this was unsolicited. It would help if up front we are informed of the different aspects which will be discussed so that a more informed decision can be made as to whether to engage a broker in the first place. I just wanted information about a mortgage, I now understand I will not just get that information, so I am disappointed in the somewhat hard sell type approach which was deployed.
Being told repeatedly that the broker was the best in the business was just unpleasant to hear too. In my line of business there are many excellent teachers and I would not presume to be the best and my students would not want me bragging about my skills either; I did not think this was helpful information to include.

My family and I are very happy with the the service we retained from this company. They were very efficient and communication between the advisors and ourselves was easy and simply. We took our mortgage out with this company and thought the service was brilliant from start to finish! The members of staff we spoke to couldn’t be more helpful, especially the advisors who dealt with us, very professional and knowledgable.

I don’t normally take the time to write a review but I had to on this occasion because I was pleased with the service from the staff at Pure Financial. I’ve never been through a broker before but my friend told me about them. The advisor showed me a brilliant product and they actually searched the whole market which would have taken me a long time to check every bank. I am so surprised how quickly they got my mortgage through and how easy it actually was for me, they dealt with everything and smoothly. Really pleased with the service. Highly recommended!!

Rude, aggressive SALES person. The person who came to our house may call himself a mortgage advisor but really is a sales person. We wanted to discuss mortgage figures but after 2 hours we never did get to that point and we were told he would come back in a week with just ONE mortgage offer on the table. We explained that this is not what we want and that we wanted several options to choose from ourselves and not be pressured into choosing the one that he would tell us is the best, he said that this is not possible. When we have used a mortgage advisor in the past we spoke to them on a daily basis and he kept us in the picture the whole way through. The person that came to our house was rude, aggressive and patronising and we will not be dealing with him or the company again.
