We had a great rep this afternoon who helped us transfer our phone number to a new iPhone that we had just bought. She was great, chatting with us as she instructed us very clearly as to what to do, successfully completing the transfer in a timely manner! Very pleased!

I have been a customer of PureTalk for several years. The plan I have is no longer available for other customers. Still, their plans beat the competitors costs soundly. We have enjoyed tremendous savings with our plan and have great service compared to our previous carrier, Verizon. I recently purchased a new phone through PureTalk for cash and was able to maintain my original plan without an increase in price.

Therese connected my visual voice mail service in less than five minutes, and I was only on hold for 30 seconds before she came on the line.

I have been using Pure Talk cell phone service since September of 2024. Kept my same number and phone. I have not had ANY issues with this service. I can use my phone in places l never could with Verizon. The people l have delt with are the most courteous, friendly, and helpful people l have ever talked to in the cell phone business. Highly Recommend !

I called PureTalk customer service, and Enrique was very helpful. He was aknowledgeable and clearly explained the options, so that I could find the right solution at the right price.

Great customer service, guided me through activation of my new phone.

Wanted to have a bit more data per month. We have had a plan with Pure Talk for several years and the service has been excellent. Especially since we are always traveling around the country and we always get a great connection. Plans have changed and Steve, in customer service, found us a new plan with 2GB more data for the same monthly price! Great service Pure Talk...thank you.

We have been with Puretalk for several years. Our service has always been excellent, customer service is A+++, and we save approximately 50% compared to our former provider. PLUS, we love the fact that Mike Rowe is Puretalk's spokesman. He is a wonderful man.

My issues,(not many) have been handled by a superb customer service team, professionally and with a refreshing,polite and friendly attitude. So much so, as with representative Cheyenne, I didn't want to end the call. Great AMERICAN company!

The customer service team does a good job at troubleshooting with the customer, even if you are not buying a new phone from their company. My experience with them has always been pleasant as they are patient and kind with us dinosaurs.

I’ve been using them for several years. It was great at first but for over a year the connection is often only 1 of 4 bars. I often do more calls via WiFi (via my phones ability to make WiFi calls) then PureTalk to make calls. The only thing keeping me from leaving is how much I dislike AT&T & Verizon’s service/politics. If I could get better coverage I would give them 4 or 5 stars. I live in a pretty big metro area so lack of coverage does not make sense to me. AT&T was ALWAYS a solid 4 or 5 stars.

They don't answer the phone. Consistently. Never.

WTF is it with all these good reviews? It seems like anything you see online MUST be a lie conjured up by billionaire tech bros and AI.

It's a great company. You always speak with an American for service and the problem, if there is one, is solved. Also , they don't rob you with their prices. I just spoke with a lady. Forgot her name , but it starts with N. She was very helpful.

I was having trouble making phone calls from within my house. I called and was transferred to someone in the service department. He couldn’t immediately tell me what the problem was but said they would check for problems in the nearby towers. Someone actually called me back to report that the towers were Ok. The person had me check certain settings on my phone and helped me adjust them to allow the phone to use WiFi when needed. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and courteous. I hope this works because I really like the company and do not want to change providers. It was nice to be able to speak to a live person instead of AI!!

Operator was well trained so my experience was quick and successful

Writing on behalf of a friend of mine who I was helping with her phone. We had to setup an Apple Watch. This was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had with a cell carrier in some time (I work in tech). We called Pure Talk, they picked up in 10seconds. The phone was answered by a REAL person. Not only that, they were friendly, pleasant, spoke perfect English and were able to help make the adjustment to her plan that we called to do so. A++ customer service experience.
The agent we spoke with was LaToy (hoping I spelled that correctly).

We just switched to Puretalk. The set up for my phone was quick and easy. The setup for my husband's phone took about 45 minutes BUT that was entirely my fault because I failed to do something of importance on his phone.
The representative that helped had the patience of a saint. She was pleasant and sweet during the whole debacle that I created. We will see on the signal soon. So far I am extremely pleased.

I spoke with Sherry today at PT who helped me out with an issue/request and she was so sweet and extremely knowledgeable. She asked just the right questions in order to understand what I needed and quickly came back with a resolution. I rarely have to call PT but when I have I don't wait but a couple of minutes if that and their customer service is always spot on as well as very friendly. I love their rates and the great service they always provide as I never am out of range and always have service!!

Jessica was very helpful in getting my new phone transferred.
