Chris at PureTalk was awesome
Chris at PureTalk was awesome. We added a new iPhone 17e and Chris was patient on working with the connection with Apple. Apple makes it a pain but Chris worked us through all the complications with providing the serial numbers on the iPhone which is not easy to read. My wife’s iPhone was ancient (XR) model 🤯 and an upgrade was needed.
I have PureTalk on my iPhone and it works well as I traveled across the USA.

I was rushing to come here and say I was really happy with the customer service I just had.....bright, quick, concise, no attitude and very good english...but then I remember at least 8 agents were dumb, attitudinal, did not listen to me, arrogant, spoke very poor English and did not resolve in most cases. so now what is horrible is that pure talk did not even apologize for having such bad customer service reps......8!!!!!! only 1 good one in 6 years of service.

Had an issue with my sim card
Had an issue with my sim card or possibly phone. Tech support was able to quickly help me narrow it down to a bad sim card. Called customer service back and they were able to ship me a new one free of charge, minus the overnight fee I very willingly paid. All in time for the holiday weekend.

Ok so my father has been trying all day to get an account with this company the reps that he has been given has been giving him the run around mind you he is elderly I tried to help but the bullcrap that is being asked is way to much now he is without any service I would not recommend poor customer service

Puretalk has a great sales process but...
Puretalk has a great sales process, but their overall customer service is not responsive, friendly, or effective. There are problems with how they serve voicemail on their network that delay posting to my phone - for which they blame Apple. This would all make sense except that on AT&T, the problem did not occur over a period of many years. It is important to note that they provide their own voice message servers - it is not a server function of the AT&T network. Their service is very difficult to use in foreign travel situations, and any goodwill I had for them was just consumed with some pretty rude billing interaction that was triggered because my bank was sold to another bank. I guess we are not going to be friends. I am not sure if I will stay with them. I love the veteran thing, but it may not be enough to tolerate the problems and the attitude.
