Good product, Daisy 499B, BB’s and targets. Good service. UPS Tracking didn’t work.

Online ordering process was very smooth. My item arrived very quickly and I am very happy with it's performance.

Shipping costs should not be used to make money!!!
A plastic magazine that weighs less than 2oz is not a 8.99 shipping cost. At Post office it would have been 5.35 if I did it express mail!!!
Please dont lose credibility with your customers like this by ripping us off.

Shipping was way faster than I expected. Pellets I ordered were well packaged and how can you beat paying for 3 tins and getting the 4th tin for free.

I can't really tell you about my experience since I haven't done it yet.

This is the second time that you shipping department totally screwed up an order I made with you. They never sent out the compressor I paid for even though they claimed it was delievered. I had to reorder with a different company and recieved it in 2 days. I am awaiting my refund. Greg worked with me on this and nothing he did did I have a problem with. How your shipping department is being run needs to be addressed ASAP before you loose more sale.

everything went smooth. Except my card was stopped not your fault. Resubmitted my card and went through. Did not get a conformation it proccesed thats the only thing that worried me.

Received my .25 cal. Beeman Raider pcp rifle today everything so far is perfect, had the 10 for 10 package, and also the 24 hour pressure test. came with 2800 psi so that test was good also.
Mounted the scope that I also purchased the same day from Pyramyd and got it roughly sighted in with about 12 shots , tomorrow I will sight it in from rest.
So far I am pleased with the rifle and Pyramid.This is the 3rd air rifle I bought from Pyramid with no problems with any of them.
Again this is Day one with the Beeman Raider, will update with any problems in the future.
Update, finally sighted in at 25 yds. and could cover 5 shots with a Dime,
Not sure why my ratings are only 1 star but they should be all 5 stars.

All went well except you did not send me an invoice or receipt!

Overall it was a positive experience, except for the cancellation of our original order (112351987) which was ordered on the website only to be cancelled because they were “discontinued”. Very disappointing, as this was supposed to be a refurbished unit. Not sure how a refurbished unit gets “discontinued”.

The item I ordered was on back order, but Pyramid Air kept me updated of all delays. I was even given the option to cancel my order. Will definitely order from Pyramid Air again.
