Received my complete order in timely fashion. The Duke Colt revolver was as advertised, although I was mildly surprised at the quality (in a good way} of the gun. Shot well and the Co2 cartridge lasted quite a while. Very satisfied.

Only 5 stars because of the fact that 2 days passed after your shipment date and
UPS acknowledged receipt of my order.

Order shipped in timely manner, packaged well with no problems. All around excellent experience.

Arrived one day sooner than expected. One downside is I didn’t get a notification that it was delivered. I just happened to step outside to check on the weather and there it was. Surprise… Surprise!!!

Ordered on Saturday night, and recieved the products the following week, Thursday afternoon.

I couldn't have been happier about how the pellets were packed, but it was rather annoying that the order didn't arrive until Sunday when it was originally projected to arrive on Friday.

The rifle arrived the day and I purchased it! It had a leak that could not be fixed over the phone. The tech team was friendly and helpful but when it was obvious that it wasn't a simple fix they promptly got me setup for a return. They will send me a replacement when they are restocked.

You guys ROCK!!! After reaching out to Customer Service RE: the 2nd magazine ordered for my M-1 Carbine purchase (that wouldn’t hold CO2). CS jumped on my issue, sent a replacement NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!

Service and support was fantastic. I contacted Pyramydair at 9:30 AM on Monday to exchange an air rifle that had a high pressure leak. The process was very easy. My replacement arrive on Tuesday morning. Great job!

Great to deal with. I have never had any issues. I ordered the FX and was shipped the next day, I ordered parts from a competitor the same day and they still have not arrived 4 days later.

Been using pyramid air for all my air gun needs since 2016 and have never had a bad experience, great ammo, great selection of pcp’s and accessories. You might find something a few bucks cheaper if you search but you won’t get the same great customer service and wealth of knowledge you will get from Pyramid air!

Pyramyd Air has always been exceptional with shipping. Easy tracking. Also i love the variety of products. Im 63 year old man and its my "toy store" lol. Except they are NOT TOYS...

It was a great experience and everything worked as expected and planned. The same day I received my Air Venturi I also received the adapter and the suppressor and since it was filled up in seconds I was ready to test it. Some issues with the magazine but it’s a manufacturer flaw in the design of the magazine. I spent around 60 shots with 14.83 gr pellets at 25 yrd with an average of 987-975 fps. I loved the wooden stock, you guys marked this up as Good Condition, actually it was pristine condition. The trigger is fantastic, I normally setup the trigger in all my rifles, I’m definitely a freak on that, I didn’t have to do absolutely nothing. I think that I had a good deal here.

Our latest shipment was without any issues. Some items were on backorder but everything was communicated and when the items came in as scheduled, they were shipped right away.
