Had to return item under guarantee and order a replacement. Young man I spoke to was very by helpfull and efficient. My new order came within 24hrs. Sorry I did not get this young man's name.

Signed up for the 10% discount on my first order. Received the email. Added the code which then wasn’t recognised. A lot of effort for no reward.

I have taken a look into this for you and I can see the product you have ordered was already on a special price. Unfortunately the discount code you tried to use doesn't apply to items which are already reduced which is stated on the email.
