We have used the services of the conveyancing team and have had a very positive experience. Both Kayleigh and Stephanie were extremely professional, kept in contact at all times and were very prompt with all enquiries. We completed in 8 weeks which was a great bonus.

We used Quantick Daley for our conveyancing needs and were left extremely disappointed. Even the most basic of tasks such as the spelling our names was a problem - lack of attention to detail is not something you expect or want from a solicitor. The problems were countless - they wasted time asking the seller questions which were already clearly answered in the contract pack; their ‘advice’ was comprised of stock documents, with more spelling errors/typos and broken links. If you are simply copying and pasting stock advice, at least check it for accuracy! Since this was our first time using a conveyancer, we were wondering if this was just something to be expected. I can assure you it isn’t - our house purchase fell through and we opted for a different firm second time round and they have been absolutely brilliant in comparison.

Louise at Quantick Daley was extremely helpful and professional in helping me understand my recent redundancy settlement agreement. The process was straightforward from arranging a Teams meeting to competing and signing the agreement, in addition Louise went over and above to ensure any questions I had were answered very quickly. We have been involved with Quantick Daley over many years as they acted as deputies and executors in the affairs of a very dear family friend. They were highly professional which was greatly appreciated as these matters are highly sensitive and emotional and we simply couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We would have no hesitation in recommending any of their legal services to any future prospective clients.

Terrible firm, avoid, they are in my experience a dishonest and rude company. I get the impression that they are a firm that works on the basis of 'whenever its convenient to them'. Having used them before this will certainly be the last. I bought a property in 2013 and Heather Geisler had dealt with the sale, she was faultless. She sadly no longer works there. I ultimately had to ask for the money on account to be returned as they failed to do anything and completely wasted my time, forcing me to go elsewhere!

After instructing them on a lease extension Quanticks sat on it for 4 months from the register of the sale, even longer when you factor when I had initially instructed them. They insisted on the property being registered with the Land Registry, probably to buy them more time. They failed to make any contact whatsoever with the lender in 7 months! They had the audacity to say that they had initiated the process with the lender but after checking myself they did not! So a simple lie. In the meantime with every delay, I was liable to higher lease extension costs, thankfully I was dealing with an understanding freeholder who didn't increase the lease costs.

Quanticks were generally unresponsive when calling to ask for updates or emailing them for the same. To top it off when the case was passed from Stephanie (who just gave up in handling the case) to Natasha (who runs the conveyancing team), she had the audacity to rudely claim that I was telling them how to do their job. No, I just wanted an update on my case and was simply frustrated by the unacceptable delays caused by Quanticks. Avoid this firm unless you simply want grief and stress at a cost. Shockingly bad.

Quantick Daley provided us with really good service throughout the conveyancing process for our recent property sale. They were responsive, clear about the next steps, and made the whole process very smooth. We would not hesitate to use them again when we are ready to purchase our new property.

Very happy with the service received from Louise Elliot. She was efficient and thoroughly when dealing with a very complex stressful probate dispute. Louise kept the costs down doing only the work required at that time whilst trying to resolve the dispute. Thank you Louise for taking the morally right path and not just the easier option.

QDs have been brilliant – no fuss, professional, efficient and friendly. Louise helped my mum write her will a few years ago, and recently administered her (somewhat complicated) estate. The conveyancing team were also quick, responsive and efficient. QDs communications are great – no jargon, and ‘next step’ actions - take a look at their website with its helpful intros to what lies ahead. They really do provide a superb service.

I have bought and sold many houses over the years. 5 in just the last 10years. I have always been so frustrated with the conveyancing solicitors, always felt like I was paying them for me to constantly chase them up to get things done, but Quanticks were like a breath of fresh air. I never had to chase them, they were always on top of everything, emailing and calling me to keep the process moving. Documents were always sent out quickly and passed on to the relevant solicitors.
I now work in an estate agents and would not hesitate to recommend my vendors/buyers to use Quanticks.
