COMPETENCE, CARE, AND VALUE
I have a nice car and I need to have my car cared for. Quattro-Tech gave me the care and assurance that I needed.Their pre service communication and flexibility is outstanding, as is their on the day service and post service contact. Value for money is important to us all, and Quattro-Tech are fully transparent in providing a price for the work. And with none of the âadd onsâ that are often given by some garages, post service.
For 20 years I have been a slave to always going back to the main dealer for my service, and being considered a loyal customer. But wiser in my old age, I realise that I am paying somewhere near double the price for being dealer loyal customer.
My last 2 visits to Quattro-Tech have shown me that they provide an outstanding service at a highly competitive price. The dealer cup of coffee and dedicated service advisor, and perhaps a quick wash, are to me, not worth the 50% increase in the dealer cost over what Quattro-Tech offer.
