Quick DVD Delivery レビュー

I have been a customer for almost 5 years and have been impressed by QDD! They are a high quality company and have impeccable customer service that responded rapidly when I have questions!! The prices are really inexpensive! The past week I sent for 20 DVDs @5.99 each that a different company listed prices that ranged from 24.99 to 32.99 each for the same DVDs! What a bargain! Several times they even will give an additional DVD in the shipment in the same genre ! My only regret was that I didn’t find out about them earlier since I could have saved a ton! I will look forward to continue to be a customer! This company as I look at them should be your only game in town! Keep up the great work

Quick DVD Delivery is an excellent on line vendor.
I have been doing business with them for several years , making multiple purchases. Their prices are low
and the DVD's are excellent quality; great combination.
I highly recommend this Co. You can't go wrong!

I have ordered DVDs from this company a few times, as far as the shipping process goes it's always been great, always quick just like they have said Everytime!!! As far as quality goes they have always been top shelf video, and a very low price this is unheard of!!! Only 1time did I receive a video that wasn't what it had said it would be, and I sent an email in the same day someone returned my email, listen to what I had to say and even agreed with me on the situation, then told me to pick another one out and they would send it for free and no shipping. Also told me I could keep the original one sent anyway! When I received my free DVD there was another apology letter and telling me they decided to throw in another DVD for free!! Great company everything it just the way I read and was told!!!

I ordered from quick dvd just a few days ago and just like they promise it came today. Nothing was missing, very pleased with the speed of the delivery and the customer service. If you have a problem, leave a message and they will get right back to you. A satisfied customer

Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.

I ordered an adult gag gift for a friend's bachelor party as payback for the one he got me and I ordered it 7 days before the party from this website because it said it would be delivered in 2-5 days "(usually arrives in 3)"- but it took almost 2 weeks to arrive and it was too late for the party (ended up buying another one at the local strip club). SO, I wrote a review griping about the USPS taking forever to deliver it- I did NOT blame QuickDVDDelivery for the issue, because I could clearly see that it was the post offices fault.

Anyway, I received 2 emails from some idiot from QuickDVDDelivery calling me a liar and whining about what a horrible person I am for writing a bad review, saying they contacted the review site and had my review removed. He (I am assuming it is a "he" since he claimed to have been to 50 bachelor parties in the email) said people don't buy "these items" for bachelor parties so I must be lying about that- which is hilarious, because it is the only place I have ever seen the damned things. So he said I was lying about when I got it and why I bought it -as if it was any of his business or that i would even care WHAT he thought. Also funny, because that would make 2 lies, if I was lying and he said "that makes 3 lies you told", showing what a complete moron he is,besides just being a douchebag.

Keep in mind, I had no complaints about the company itself, but about the USPS- and I was clear about that in my review. The Post Office tracking site claimed I received my package 3-4 days before I actually got it- which was the whole reason I wrote the review in the first place. If it had not said it was already delivered, I would have just waited and not wrote anything.

So, NOW I actually have a complaint about QuickDVDDelivery- the person who reads and responds to the reviews is illiterate or can't comprehend what he is reading- and the unprofessional response to a review he totally misunderstood.

Oh, and he said "don't order from our website again" - as if he would know if I did- AND as if I would anyway, after that childish BS.

Ii bought (2) DVDs for $2.99 each on 9/22/16 and received them today on 9/26/16; now that is fast service and they play nice & clear but they didn't"t come in a case just a plain, white sleeve. I'm OK with that for the price I paid. I will order again from this company, no problems.

I have ordered a few times. Fast shipping, great prices. Highly recommend!!

Got my shipping confirmation and tracking number quickly and my order was received sooner than expected. They even checked to make sure I didn't have any duplicates since I orders a 10 pack along with other dvds. I will defently order from them again.

Fast delivery, at end of checkout lets you know if stock is available.

DVD's arrived within a week of the order. The only problem was I was not told the DVD's were blue ray. I had a problem until I tried them in my blue ray player. All in all I was satisfied with the purchase.

very good movies and the shipping is fast
thanks

Excellent value and Fast Service

they have all been good dvds

Orders are not timely and some items missing previously

Shipping has gotten quicker, however lately have gotten some defective disks, am working to get them replaced. Have been a customer for years, pretty decent place overall.
