Took some getting used to but became smooth after some time, happy I stayed with it

They are fraud company. I had ordered the device on july 8 2022 and the product is not delivered till date nor are they refunding the money. When they are not refunding the money for product not delivered, think of their no question asked money back ad they post in their website. I am failing a a complain mentioning they are fraud company.

Been using the device for three years now, on and off on the highest bundle. Needed a warranty replacement two years in and it was super easy, jus snapped some pics and the replacement arrived within a week. I’ve added four inches already, mostly just wearing it on days I work from home.

My experience so far has been objectively well. I stopped keeping track of how long I kept in on and for however many working days I did but I have definitely grown in length. It required ~4 hours a day 6 days a week for about 3-4 months for me to gain .5 inches. I had a damaged piece and customer service followed through with their warranty policy and replaced it for me so I have nothing bad to say about this company. You get what you work for.

It was cumbersome at first but after getting used to it, its not so bad and its making good progress in fixing the "curve" (it added some length too).

This thing actually works! I was skeptical at first, but I'm happy to say that after 6 months of usage, I've definitely noticed a difference. At least one whole inch added! Shipping is fast and customer service is responsive. Moreover, it doesn't hurt to use. I suggest other men give this extender a try.

It added almost 3 inches, me and my wife are happy. Also a piece broke for me but their customer support sent me a replacement immediatly so i am satisfied. If you do this you have to know it is BIG time investment, 4 to 8 hours a day. But it really does works

I bought this extender and started unscrewing the nuts upwards and messing around with it, thinking the tension is adjusted at the bottom, and started to regret my purchase.

I hit up the customer support line and told them the issues I was facing, that it felt loose/disjointed. They told me "DO NOT UNSCREW THE KNURLED NUTS." Screwing everything back together to the base and following the instructions made all the difference. The device feels tight and sturdy ever since.

I'd say the design of this device is prone to user error, based on my experience with the knurled nuts, which might explain some of the negative reviews. It almost seems like it needs to come with a big caution sticker that says "DO NOT UNSCREW THE KNURLED NUTS," because it feels very intuitive to want to.

I am definitely seeing some added growth since my correction which corresponds to the addition of bars.. I will update as I progress.

Horrible company, each order was plagued with issues. They sent me an incomplete first kit and then wouldn't send the missing items. I had to have my bank reverse the charge. Avoid at all costs!

In complete honesty this machine worked for me. From summer time to now I added about 2 inches in length and definitely in girth. In all honesty the base might be getting alittle small for me. Got skin caught up on the base to the pole attachment. But this machine plus a penis pump added 2 inches in length and girth. What it does for me is stretch’s out the flaccid penis and make it seem bigger soft while adding tissue and size to the erection. Also suggest taking vitamins like l arginine , royal honey works well to.

This is pretty much the same product as the $15 extenders you can buy on ebay or aliexpress. Get the vacuum cup extenders instead. Return policy is a joke. Essentially a scam. Do not trust any websites recommending this product and stay away from them in the future.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I sent the product back and only received a partial refund. I would not recommend anyone to order from this company unless you want to pay high dollar and then only get part of your money back. Plus the contraption that they send you is not discreet. It is very large and awkward. Customer Service was a joke as well.

First of all the customer care is awful. I told them I was not happy with the results and wished to proceed with a refund, as their website states you have a 6 month guarantee period if you're not happy with the results.. When customer care contacted me back they asked if I'd like to try their "upgraded version" for only the difference of the original one I purchased. I told them no I wasn't interested in an upgraded version just a refund and then communication was shut off and they didn't get back to me. Total scam stay away!

If I could give a 0 star I would... I spent about 300 on memory foam for this device, extensions, springs, rings and even bout a second one just in case it for some reason broke, DO NOT BUY THIS. I’ve worn this for 4 months both for 6+ hours a day and you cannot wear this at work or anywhere, it looks like you have a chub 24/7 And as you add extension pieces it will stay on for about 30 minutes to a hour and start to slip off and rip your penis through the loops and it’s painful asf. I’ve tried everything and I cannot put up with this thing anymore, I’ve seen no gains at all and for some reason at first it said my penis was getting shorter not longer. It’s gotten to the point where if I wear it I have to be sitting down and if I stand up my penis finds a way to slide out slowly and painfully. I’ve had a bath mate for years now and only use it 2-3 times a week and that has shown way better results and doesn’t need to be worn for 4-6 hours a day and for 6 months to see results. This company will not give me my money back and when I first purchased they wouldn’t answer the phone when I called them so I had to contest the charge with my bank to get my money back. All the reviews and goodie goodie things they claim this thing does is pure rubbish and I honestly believe this thing can ruin your erections if not used properly and damage your wiener. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS

Ok so the company is fine, got my product a bit late tho. Good costumer service, they answered the phone and told me everything i needed to know the two times i called. the extender looks fine, well built except for the springs that get stuck. Now about the design: this is painful to wear. You have to choose between the silicone straps that irritate the head, or the foam pads that cause lots of pinching and slip. I have no clue if this works or not, but if you want to try out go for a device with a vacuum, this design is awful.

Edit: So i found a way to make this work I think. This guy on Pegym used a cut baby sock and it prevents pinching. Still uncomfortable but hey it doesn't slip and the pain is minor.

Edit 2: nah this slips and is still uncomfortable. I need to find a way to fix this. Using those things is proving to be quite the journey, they don't "work" out of the box.

J'ai acheté par paypal. Aucune nouvelle pendant 4 semaines, des réponses automatiques sans information pertinente à mes demandes sur l'état de l'expédition. Finalement, après 4 semaines, le paquet a été remis aux postes canadiennes et est arrivé 1 semaine après. Deuxième déception, le manuel d'instruction est livré sur 1 CD Rom et je plus personne n'a de lecteur CD maintenant. Et l'appareil ne semble pas simple à utiliser sans se faire mal. Je cherche toujours la solution....

I don't know what the hell the other reviewers received. For me it does exactly what it says on the tin and more. It's as comfortable as a torture device for your penis could possibly be. The package was delivered in about 4 days time from Canada to the UK, it's well made and seems robust. I'm delighted with my package for my package. What the hell do people want, a magic wand? By the way I'm just a regular 52 year old Househusband from West Yorkshire, where people are known for there bulls**t free attitude and speaking their minds. If it was garbage, trust me, I'd say!

I have been using it for the better part of seven months and have measured about an inch gained. The springs in it are pointless. I compress it as much as possible to get it fitted, then I unscrew the adjusting screws out as far as they will go. The poor design of the base makes it painful to wear, but by forcing it to stretch things out, it does seem to work. I have to use a spring clip to hold the bands from sliding from the holes. Also, I break the bands from tightening them, and I am down to my last set. I just tried to order more foam and bands, and all I received was the foam. No bands, and no response from the company, so it looks like I will not be receiving that part of the shipment. Personally I would recommend buying a cheap 3d printer, and working on a better design and eliminate the rubber bands and springs, for a regular screw tensioner and padded adjustable clamp instead of bands. Would likely be cheaper and less painful than this invention.

So utterly cheap! I mean it is $1.00 in peices. The spring mechanism does not even work as the cheap metal rods are not fitted properly. The rods grind when compressed, so there is no consistent tension. The fastening apparatus is outdated and what you find on the $50.00 models.
