Well I have to say this is my own fault as I read reviews on here first before placing an order for a caution to the wind.

Purchased item On the 22nd of July with express shipping so I should’ve received the item within a week. Package has still not arrived, Customer service is non-existent I’ve called, emailed and open tickets via the message board just for the ticket to be closed continuously. I’ve now been forced to open a dispute with my bank in the hopes but I can get £131 back but I spent on this scam.

Avoid with all your might well be prepared to lose your money.

Total scam!!! They’re not the leader in penis enlargement since 2006.
They’re the leader in scamming ppl since 2006... Did anyone reported them to the consumer protection office?
I sent them an elaborate letter telling them that I would report them if they don’t refund me but didn’t get any reply from them yet.
I want to expose their fake guarantees and lies to the Federal Trade Commission, but I’m not sure it if it will shut them down or I could get a refund. I don’t understand why scammers can get away with their robberies. Aren’t there supposed to be laws out there protecting consumers? Has anyone reported them yet?

I ordered the Quick Extender Pro along with paying the 1-2 day shipping... I received the product 5 days later, even though I paid for the expedited shipping... However, that’s not the disappointing part... Upon opening the product I noticed that the main part that received the stud at the base was missing, this I went to the website and chatted with an agent.

I expressed my disappointment and the fact the part was missing. I was asked to take a picture and send it to them, which I did.

The individual stated they would ship the part and it would “make it whole”, however 4 business days later still no part.

On top of that, I just called the number and they stated that only orders are available by phone and all customer service is done via email...

This is ridiculous! I paid more money for a product I could have gotten off of Amazon for a fraction of the price because they were supposed to be providing the best customer service!

Jokes on me, I guess!

DO NOT buy this product if you expect expedited shipping and a complete order!

I purchased this item a few weeks ago and basically realized it was an impulse buy and I just thought, well if I don’t open it then I will definitely be able to just send it back, wrong! I have had the product still in its boxing, for days now while I am trying to get in touch with the company in every way imaginable. They don’t pick up calls, the live chats go unanswered, and I could never even find an email. The only legitimate info I could find on the return policy was that you HAVE to use it for 6 months with proof of use? Like what do you mean? And even after the six months I would still have no idea on how to return it. Why wouldn’t they be more than willing to take back an unopened and unused product. So I today I simply threw it away because I have lost hope that I will get my money back. Just still can’t believe I didn’t see this as the huge scam it is. There’s a reason why you can only find AMAZING reviews written by- John, Bill, or Matt. It’s because they are all fake. Not saying it doesn’t work but just make sure you aren’t going to return it.

Honestly dont waste your money.
This site is a scam. Dont be fooled by the reviews you get online, these are all sites to do with sex or advertising, they are all paid to promote it and give it a great review including the guys in the videos claiming it really works. If you notice there is no regular reviews by us regular people online anywhere. And clearly they know most wont complain due to the nature of the product but it dont bother me.
It's not quality it's cheap and defective. I ordered mine for a little fun to spice things up, but it's a big disappointment, the equipment is flimsy and cheaply made
They dont stick to their guarantee. Once you have paid them, they ignore you, your emails and the live chat app never gets a reply. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!
This is literally the only genuine review out there.
I've had to go through paypal to try and get my money back.
Really disappointed with this company, they dont care for their customers.
UPDATE:
So I finally got paypal to get me a refund only to find out i have to foot the bill for the faulty items return postage. That's a tracked parcel internationally which is still going to leave me a chunk of money out of pocket.
Yea definitely not a good company. Turns out it is a scam, their statistics are inaccurate and are not the leaders in the market with this device. You cant actually contact the company of this product or have a live chat as your just ignored.Dont waste your time or money. If I could attach the screenshot of the live chat and the help ticket, you would see that they dont reply.

UPDATE. So I returned the item a month ago now and still waiting for paypal to process a refund.
Again I've tried countless amounts of times to contact the company by email/ticket, live chat and phone and again still no answer.
As for the review someone just left about it being a quality product, your review suspiciously sounds very similar to the ones on the other sites promoting the item and your title HONEST REVIEW is a kind of give away lol.
Also I left a review on the promo sites for this product, when I went back to check their pending status, what a surprise none of them were processed and never made it to the review section on any of the review sites on this product.... funny that.
It's funny how they cant get back to your messages at all after a month but they will answer all emails from paypal promptly, you literally have to be naive to believe that they dont answer because they are too busy.
So let's see..
A. Company ignores customers once you paid.
B. Trust pilot is the only review site they cant stop genuine reviews on which I've had to create due to the company preventing me reviewing the product on any of their promo sites.
C. I had to pay £12 return postage for a faulty item and by law they have to pay the return postage, but once again I cant get hold of them.
Honestly dont waste your time or money, the company really is a scam.

Last update: So well after a month now I ended up having to go through my bank with a chargeback as this company refused to even acknowledge my emails and messages but I finally got my money back and I'm also now having to get the return postage through the postage service I used as well which wasnt cheap. But to the owners of this company, your absolute con merchants and I'm going to try push to have you checked out by trading standards.
