AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I've been using the app for a while and managed to cash out. Not now, I cannot log in and get some rubbish about needing to contact support. I try that but they bounce my email as they've blocked it.
Feels like they're being fraudulent by not honouring their side of the agreement of paying for surveys that I spend considerable time doing. Sometimes they say it'll take 5 minutes and it ends up taking over 10 minutes. So who is misrepresenting the facts?

Like others here my account was suspended with no explanation when I tried to claim the money earnt.

Worst survey site for getting paid. I joined in May. The app works great & l had $110. In money l was just going to put in an Amazon account cause that's the ONLY way they pay. But l first had to open an Amazon account to transfer my money. But as soon as I was ready they said some bs lies about me that weren't even true. I've only Ever had just l account. Then they said a different excuse like there's suspicious activity that they found which is amother bs lie cause they didn't want to let me have over a hundred dollars I had earned. It took me 5 months to earn that money they stole from me because I didn't have an Amazon account to put it in!! I'd have opened an Amazon account from the start of May if I knew they would steal it once l reached $100. cause now it's all gone $110.00

i was told i used wrong info, but i didnt, i had $10 on the app, i would love to have my account back please

When I tried to claim a gift card I was instantly banned because of “fraudulent behavior”.

Tried sending a email with my problem but that probably wont work because they only care about scamming you.

Its been 4 days since they contacted me, I dont expect a reply from them at all. They just contact every person to let it look like they care about them (but they dont care at all).

This app uses you for long surveys then waits until you save up a certain amount of money, they then suspend tour account and refuse to give you an explanation for it. Once your account is suspended they will not allow you to access it again or reimburse you for the money you have already earned over time, please avoid these scammers!

Update: Was asked through trustpilot about my customer number about 3 months after posting this review, I gave the customer number an left a note of what the reference of my email chain with Quick Thoughts so they could see the responses I received. Now 2-3 weeks later they have asked me to email the same email address that I contacted before, likely to get the exact same response. Firstly its taken 4 months to just reply to my review and they are not even helpful with their response. Just avoid them, they are obviously incompetent and run a scam company!

This app starts out great and then goes downhill. Once you are used to earning and apparently if you are earning too much your account gets closed for what they tell you is a violation of there rules but they don't specify which ones. I'm very dissappointed and I'm trying to warn people.

So far this is the best survey app. Swagbucks is ok for change but this site seems to do a much better screening job and they pay better. I havent tried to cash out yet since you have to wait for tree days but in less than 2 hours i will be able to rate that also. This app is easy, very nicely laid and i hope they really are not as bad as the reviews. UPDATE I guess my time ran out. Block for no reason with points locked up. I emailed their support but Im not really holding my breath since it doesnt seem to work. I guess being honest didnt pay. Oh well. Back 2 SBs I go

A month ago, heck a year ago, and I wold have given this app 5 stars and been willing to do a free ad. I loved this app. I am a disabled mother of 3 and because of this app I have been able to contribute some to our family finances. Granted it was not big bucks but an extra $20 or $30 dollars to spend on Amazon every now and then really helped. First I must clarify, I am not someone who rushes through, is dishonest, or uses any crazy programs to better my chances. I follow directions, give honest and complete information, and my undivided attention. I think this is why I find myself so angry about this situation. So as I said I've been using Quick Thoughts for over a year and never had an issue until about a month ago. I had $41 and some change built up in my account. I cashed out $10 twice (you can only redeem one $10 Amazon gift code at a time) which left $21 in my account. The next day I had a push notification that a survey was available. I did the survey, went to cash out, and got a message that said there was a problem with account. I waited a day to log back in thinking it might have been some kind of glitch or something. This time when I attempted to log in it wouldn't allow me to access my account and directed me to contact Customer service. I did. I got a response saying they were having problems with some accounts and to wait until the update to log back in. I did. I got the same msg. Long story short, I am still locked out of my account. I sent another email yesterday and got the same response I did when all of this first started about problems with accounts and to contact them.I did and it's obvious that they have no intention of resolving my issue. It is very frustrating to put in so much time, as well as, sharing my personal data with companies basically for free since I can't access the remaining money in my account. I don't normally leave bad ratings, but when it comes to a money making app I think it only fair that others be forewarned before they invest their time like I did, as well as others I have read about who have experienced the same exact issue. I can't speak for them but I can tell you stay away from this app. I highly recommend you do not download it. You are much better off sticking with reliable survey apps that value your time and effort by paying you what you have earned and promptly respond to issues. You would think a survey app would treat qualified users who actually read and respond to each survey with honesty better than this.
