I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Rachel Jackson Jewellery. I purchased a piece as a special 30th birthday gift for my daughter, allowing plenty of time for delivery, yet three weeks later it still hasn’t arrived.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I was assured the item would arrive yesterday and then told it would be delivered today — neither has happened. Trying to contact the company has been equally disappointing. The telephone number doesn’t seem to accept calls, and the live chat function simply doesn’t work.

For a brand that presents itself as premium, the customer service is incredibly poor. This has completely taken the shine off what was meant to be a special gift. I wouldn’t recommend ordering if you’re relying on timely delivery or expect any level of customer support.

Very good and interesting items of jewellery. I purchased a Medium Sun Amulet necklace, online, as a gift for a fiend. I was very happy with item and experienced excellent customer service. No hesitation in recommending.

Really lovely jewellery and great customer service...I have a couple of love tokens in gold and I wear them all the time. The quality is brilliant and they have a nice weight about them. I receive loads of compliments when I wear them as they look quite different to anything else I have seen. I have also received fantastic customer service recently on a further order. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this shop in the future, I love their designs.

I had a fantastic experience with Rachel Jackson’s customer service. My wifes chain broke unexpectedly, but the team responded incredibly quickly and made the whole replacement process seamless. They were efficient, helpful and clearly committed to resolving the issue without any hassle.

A new chain was sent out promptly and the communication throughout was excellent. It’s rare to come across service that feels this responsive and genuinely customer-focused.

Amazing customer service! My husband bought me a pair of earrings for Christmas from Liberty. Unfortunately, I lost one of the charms the first time I wore them. I contacted Liberty first, they were no help. Then I contacted Rachel Jackson and they were absolutely brilliant! Emily, Customer Happiness Manager, arranged to send me a replacement charm - free of charge. Arrived 3 days later! I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. THANK YOU!!

Bought one of their necklaces, quality is outstanding.

I have been shopping at Rachel Jackson for years. I find the jewellery stylish, reasonable priced and really long lasting. I have some pieces from years ago and they still look brand new. I have recently had a problem with one of my earrings, I emailed them and within a day they have sent out a replacement. Fabulous customer care which is why I will always buy form Rachel Jackson (and my husband) xx

I was absolutely gutted when a bracelet I received for my 40th birthday snapped. It perfectly matched a necklace I adore, and I was hoping to send it off for repair. Emily responded promptly and, to my surprise, arranged a replacement completely free of charge.

I really wanted to buy something from here for my 20 th wedding anniversary - but was unsure re the product - I called in to ask some questions and voicemail system gave opening hours and stated a representative would get back to me - this was over a week ago and I have taken my business elsewhere - shame as the products look fantastic - I honestly don't know how some organisations get by with zero customer service responses .

I lost an earring smiley and was gutted. The team responded instantly to my request and supplied me a replacement. Amazing customer support team and wonderful products I shall stay loyal! THANK YOU 🥰

A fantastic experience that I have to share. What an amazing company. Not only brilliant, thoughtful and unusual jewellery, but an out-of-this-world 'customer happiness' experience. I bought the electric goddess necklace and earrings for my daughter - stunning. She lost one of the charms from the earring, so I reached out for a replacement, which I was happy to purchase. I had an immediate personal response from a lovely human, and a new electric goddess charm is being sent out by return, free of charge. I am delighted. Try this jewellery, you won't be disappointed :-)

I have had to completely revise a review for the first time. There was obviously a misunderstanding here and now my issue has been dealt with immediately and I have received an apology. I think that's really great, so I have deleted my original review as it is no longer accurate and I am very satisfied with the service in the end.

I have the eternal sun bracelet & have ordered the art deco love bracelet also. The designs are so quirky & the pieces themselves are beautiful.

Having been given a Deco Sun Mixed Birthstone Amulet Necklace for a special gift by may family, I was devastated when it broke and contacted the customer service team.
However, I now have it back completely repaired and restored.
I can't thank the team (especially Emily with whom I emailed) enough for their fantastically professional and speedy service.

I bought a gorgeous bracelet and unfortunately it broke just outside of the warranty period. I emailed customer services with my receipt and a photo and within minutes had a reply offering an exchange! Perfect customer service Thankyou

I ordered a LOVE necklace in October, it was to be available to me by November 28. I thought it was odd as it was available at John Lewis, but I had paid. Then on Nov 26, they emailed to say that it was NOT available at all. However, they could send a slightly larger one. They sent a picture; it looked exactly the same. No measurements were supplied, but I said OK. IT was due the next day. I was not sent a tracking number, so I can't see where it might be held up . It has not arrived , and I have no details. I am getting all the emails about Black Friday to purchase more ...but not feeling like it
