Wonderful customer service.

When a company names their Customer Service a Customer Happiness Manager - then they have understood that a little happiness and empathy make a huge difference to people. So a huge shout out to Emily for making up, what was my mistake, so much better and being so wonderful as well. (hold onto that girl!) I had just been made redundant so these small acts of kindness restores your faith! So thank you! Oh yeah, and the product is amazing :)

The customer care is second to none.
Purchasing Jewellery online is always a bit scary, but Emily and the team made it feel so personal.
We wanted a design that our local stockist didn't have, so we went direct to the website and found exactly what we wanted and more. The designs are gorgeous and the gift wrapping makes it all even more special.

Such good customer service. Firstly, I really liked the bracelet design, it feels like a statement piece of jewellery and helps elevate whatever I wear from dressing up for an evening or during the daytime. I was initially disappointed the clasp on my bracelet broke after 6 months but I got in touch with customer services and they arranged for me to return it and it was returned as good as new. I was delighted and very pleased with the outcome. Thank you.

I purchased a necklace (the third from Rachel Jackson over the past 2 years). Initially I thought the stones were a little large. I contacted the company who acted professionally and promptly and offered to remake it with smaller stones at no extra cost, even though this was a personalised order. The replacement was received within a short time and is perfect. Excellent, professional and caring customer service. Beautiful products as always. I would highly recommend Rachel Jackson for both products and service.

I have bought several designs from Rachel Jackson for myself and friends and they are always greatly loved and appreciated. The designs are stunning and the quality of the pieces are unquestionable. They are beautifully crafted, unique, playful and eye-catching. I was so annoyed with myself when a pendant I recently bought slipped off the chain and smashed onto the tiled floor. I contacted the ‘customer happiness Manager’ and received a very kind and understanding email from Emily. Emily was super helpful and considerate and was able to send me a replacement pendant under warranty in no time. I was so relieved and delighted with the outcome. Thank you so much Emily! I thoroughly recommend their gorgeous jewellery and customer service without hesitation. I am one happy customer 🤗.

I purchased a necklace for my partner but like a fool I tried to get one I thought she might like
A really liked the one I found but sadly she didn't like the style so I then needed to return the item. After a couple of attempts I was sent a returns lable as I was unable to sort it myself. I'm so happy with the response and help that I received.
We are moving home so I'll let my partner choose next time, safer that way.

Lovely products and amazing customer service!

Customer service is amazing. I bought a special engraved necklace for a friend which unfortunately broke after a few months. Within 48 hrs of mailing them to ask for a repair the lovely Emily had organised a replacement and return. Can’t fault the care and attention. Issue addressed, sorted and resolved. Thank you so much

I am impressed with the jewellery designs like the collaboration with Clara Amfo, however it is the quality of the material that is the issue. I bought a pair of large Hexagon earrings which I bought in 2023 and have worn approx 4 times. Unfortunately they have tarnished. I did contact the company who recommended a cleaning cloth but it did not resolve the issue. It is disappointing as I have plated jewellery from over 20 years ago and those pieces are still fine today only requiring a little polish occasionally.

I received my moonstone necklace as a birthday gift in June and it needed repairing. To my surprise, the team confirmed they’d replace the amulet - how generous!
Emily’s quick response to my query made the whole process so seamless. Thank you very much for the lovely customer service!

Excellent customer service, very helpful, quick and accommodating. Necklaces are beautiful , especially the beaded necklace.

The customer service I received from Emily was amazing. I bought a necklace , which I loved, but neither I or my partner could undo the clasp, it was extremely stiff and difficult. Emily was very helpful she sent a link so I could return it FOC, so their designers could look at it. They agreed that it was to stiff and she has arranged for me to have a replacement and also one with a different clasp to see how I get on. As I go away next week she has sent it back with an express tracked to delivery. I’m am 100% impressed with Emily’s customer service and have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

Excellent costumer service, in March 2025 I bought a pair of Rachel Jackson Smiley Face Huggie Hoop Earrings from John Lewis & Partners, In July 2025 one of the earrings developed a fault, I contact John Lewis who informed me they were not covered under a guarantee. so I emailed Rachel Jackson, I received a replay the following day informing they were happy to send me a replacement earring.
Very happy with there quick response and would buy from them again not from john Lewis.

Excellent customer service and I love the jewellery.

Had a bracelet for Christmas from my husband. I've never worn it as I kept as a keep sake in it's box. Took it out today to wear its gone tarnished. It wasn't cheap either. It was kept in a safe draw in its cover and box absolute crap cheap rip off

When I contacted customer service at Rachel Jackson they got straight back to me, Emily was first class so lovely to deal with so thank you Emily ❤️
