The customer service team are amazing! Sorted out my issue extremely quickly. I love the brand and am really pleased with how my purchase was dealt with by the team when there was an issue with the product.

This is a very impressive company. My daughter snapped the chain on a necklace I'd bought her and I was pleased that they had a repair service. I e-mailed, received a reply the next working day and the same day Emily arranged a replacement.

It's rare to find service like this.

I recently contacted Emily from the customer happiness team at Rachel Jackson over personalising the design of one of their amulets as a Christmas gift. Together with the care of Daisy from the design team they took such effort to design the piece I had envisioned. It is rare to find this level of care and attention to detail and I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Emily and Daisy.

Like all the comments below my experience with dealing with the lovely Emily, Customer Happiness Manager at Rachel Jackson, was amazing. I thought I had lost an earring during the Christmas festivities and she was very quick and helpful at finding me a replacement. Another reason why everyone should buy their jewellery from Rachel Jackson.

I was distraught when I accidentally dropped my mini T bar charm from my necklace which disappeared under the fireplace never to be seen again. I made a quick call to the lovely Emily at Rachel Jackson who checked the stock, sent me an invoice and it was ordered within the hour for next day delivery. So happy to have my favourite necklace back in one piece in time for New Year's Eve!

Outstanding customer service. I ordered two of the same necklace to gift to friends for Christmas and was notified after the order that only one was available and did I want a refund. Emily, Customer Happiness Manager later contacted me to say she spoke to one of their concession stores and had managed to get hold of one for me. I didn’t ask her to, she just went out of her way to. How customer service should be. Thank you!

I had to fly out of the country and was not able to pick up my order - the RJL team had my beautiful necklace sent over to my address halfway across the world in 2 days (!) in immaculate condition, no questions asked. I had a problem with my necklace, which was surprising as I’ve bought necklaces for friends and family without any issue.
