Anzitutto parto col dire che il personale è stato molto gentile, cordiale e professionale, nonostante abbia comprato online uno scarico per la mia kawasaki.
Sono stati molto veloci e accurati nella spedizione, prestando molta attenzione anche all'imballaggio. Devo dire che mi sono sentita sicura ad acquistare da loro anche perché alla prima domanda che scritto per email, poco dopo ho ricevuto risposta e questa cosa mi ha decisamente tranquillizzata. Se dovessi consigliare o acquistare nuovamente qualcosa per la mia moto, non ho nessun dubbio sul dove comprarla.
Decisamente contenta e soddisfatta.

Good customer service. Very fast customer service reply time (always responded to emails within five minutes). May be a bit longer sending time if product is not in stock but othervise 5/5!

I purchased a muffler for my bike. It said it was due in stock in a few weeks. After a few weeks I had to contact them only to realise they couldn’t deliver this specific muffler.
They then offered to sell me another muffler and I decided on a cheaper one.
Since I had already made the purchase for a more expensive one, they were supposed to wire me the money they owed me. This never happened. And now, almost 5 months later and no money.
Clearly you can’t rely on this company being honest with your purchase. I would really avoid buying from them.

Veloci e precisi, ottimo negozio con cui possiamo trovare un accordo anche sui prezzi.

I brought the mivv mark 3 complete exhaust for my 2018 kawasaki ninja...wow what a big difference now sounds like a real bike ...the reason i brought it off these lad was price in Ireland if you could find it would be 500 euros or more...i WhatsApp them and was told they would knock 20 euro off so i paid 350 euro with free shipping and no import tax to pay as coming from Italy...be patient as took 2 weeks to get to Ireland but trust me well worth the wait.
