Max was very helpful and understanding.
I ordered a Remus Exhaust, it took a while to arrive at racing one labs and I got a bit worrying, but he assured me it was on it's way. We had quite a lot of email conversations and he always answered quickly. Transportation and packaging was quick and good. Would order here again!

Arrow exhaust delivered today and I am very satisfied. Quality and price perfect. Communication with the seller at a good level. He responded immediately to questions about availability. I recommend it.

Max è il titolare che ogni shop online dovrebbe avere. Non ha esitato nemmeno un secondo a rispondere alle email, anche insistenti (scusa Max!), che ho mandato. Shop con prezzi onesti e spedizione Top! Sicuramente avrò modo di rivolgermi a Racing One Lab di nuovo!

Ho acquistato uno scarico HP CORSE in acciaio ma causa difficoltà nella consegna del pezzo
mi ha offerto uno scarico analogo ma in TITANIO
chiaramente più costoso senza pretendere alcun costo aggiuntivo
Al momento reputo la loro azienda molto seria per come ha interagito e come si è posta nei miei confronti
Attendo lo scarico e vi terrò informati.

Ero alla ricerca di uno scarico completo per la mia Yamaha R7.
Dopo varie ricerca ho deciso di acquistare il mivv sr-1 da Racing One.
Arrivato in 48 ore dopo averlo spedito.
Max è stato gentile ed affidabile, sempre pronto a risponderti per avere informazioni più dettagliate.

Nach diversen Forumbeiträgen bin ich auf Racing One Lab aufmerksam geworden. Arrow Thunder Komplettanlage bekommt ihr nirgendwo zu diesem Preis . Sehr netter Kontakt , beantwortet Fragen umgehend ( auch abends zur Fernsehzeit). Lieferzeit ab Bestellung knapp 2 Wochen . Völlig in Ordnung . Verkäufer kann ich zu 100 % weiter empfehlen !!!!

On 21 Nov, tracking number is received.
On 22 Nov, shipment is picked up by Italy Post.
On 30 Nov, shipment is received.

Not able to give you 5 star because of the communication. Please never make a promise unless you are 100% sure.
If something is out of your control, please inform the customer.

Actually the overall speed is not bad as he took the speedpost instead of normal EMS.
It still faster than other shop although the item is only shipped 3 weeks after. Just to be patience on this part.

I ordered the Leo Vince exhaust on 2 Nov which is mentioned as Available on the site.
On 8 Nov, he said will send me next week.
On 14 Nov, he said will send me tomorrow 100%.
On 16 Nov, he said will send me in afternoon.
On 17 Nov, I requested a refund but he said shipped with DPD and I will receive in 3 days.
On 20 Nov, nothing is received. Order, tracking nor the refund.

I understand you may not control the supplier.
But you should never have false promise to customer.You can give me an ETA of your stock or just tell you don’t even know.
But, it is shown as Available on your site. I expect it is in stock.

Persona Seria Disponibile e Affidabile.. Consiglio a tutti quelli che cercano accessori per la propria moto di rivolgersi a lui... sono rimasto personalmente Soddisfatto sia per i prezzi che per la tempistica della consegna...

Do 5 Stelle, ma ne darei molte di più, ho acquistato un mono ammortizzatore per la mia Honda Crossrunner 2017 perfetto in tutto. Comunicazione ottima con il venditore , arrivato oggi, aperto il pacco con tutte le protezioni che dire

November 10, 2023: I have received nothing but unfulfilled promises to ship Matris fork cartridges. I am sympathetic to challenges of life and business and willing to be patient but I am not willing to be made a fool by unkept assurances:
October 21, 2023:  “Hello i send you monday”
October 25, 2023:  “Hello Matris have consigned yesterday, I send you today”
 October 30, 2023:  “Hello yes I wrote for you tracking number in the afternoon”
November 6, 2023:  “Hello Joe yes sorry, i send you in the afternoon…”

Ho ordinato il 21/10 uno scarico completo per uno maxi scooter con consegna indicata in 5/10 giorni ,ad oggi il rivenditore ancora non ha spedito la merce ,alla richiesta di darmi una data certa non c'è stata risposta

Opravil nakup izpušnega lonca. Izkušnja je zelo dobra, in sicer cena, komunikacija, še posebaj čas dobave-osem dni od naročila. Iz svoje zelo pozitivne izkušnje priporočam nakup v naveedeni prodajalni.
