I bought my Rado womenâs watch at least 40 years at least. It is a beautiful black with gold trim, diamonds all around face. It is still like as if I just bought it. That is the only watch I wear. Einmal musste dass ganze Werk ausgetauscht werden. Als ich in Ãsterreich im Hotel Zimmer gewesen bin Splitter Faser Nackt bereit zum Duschen flog dass ganze Keramik Band auseinander. Als ich am Sonntag auf der Couch lag flog der Minuten Zeiger vom Chronometer weg. Nun sollte ich fÃŒr diese Reparatur 820.- Fr bezahlen. Und dass Management ist nicht bereit fÃŒr eine Lösung oder einen Deal zu Handen des Kunden. Deshalb werde ich jetzt nach Solothurn gehen und dort in einem FachgeschÀft einen Deal abschlieÃen. Dazu kann man nur sagen einmal Rado nie wieder im Leben Rado. Daumen nach unten.

In August 2025 i purchased a rado ladies black ceramic integral watch £2250.00 from goldsmiths jewellers. Within 2 months the gold (coloured) clasp has totally scratched. I am a senior citizen, retired and bought the watch for going out, not every day use. Rado have told me the scratches are normal wear and tear and refused to do anything. I have 2 other watches I wear, a cheap Tissot and 12 year old Gucci both no visible scratches. RADO have no idea about customer service and refuse to make good the clasp. Avoid the company!
I returned my item to Rado
I returned my item to Rado, but they still have not processed my refund. Their courier company and the retailer are both giving completely unhelpful responses. They told me they cannot process the refund and asked me to âspeak with my bank.â The way they handle customers feels extremely unprofessional.
After checking online reviews, I found that many other customers are experiencing similar issues. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very careful when purchasing from this company. There are many other websites and retailers with reliable customer service â unfortunately, this one has not been reliable for me at all.

I like watches alot and thought I would treat myself to a Rado as I had brought my wife one many years back and it still looks great today. So I brought myself a rose gold skeleton watch which I have worn about 6 or 7 times maximum, when I brought it out of its case it looks like the strap has tarnished, I have sent it back to Rado and been told that itâs not covered and that itâs something it has come into contact with (proof?). In other words there watches are really not fit for purpose and made of inferior materials which I suspect is rhetorical real issue, the customer care is an awful, not bothered and on top of this have lost my card !!! And now expecting me to jump through hoops to get, replacement. I will never buy another Rado watch as in reality have proven its overpriced rubbish and no back up service or real proof of issue if you cannot wear a watch without it tarnishing because of something it has come into contact with (what exactly).
Poor show Rado!
Plenty of other brands out there which get my business moving forward.
Buy at your peril! Unless you live in a vacuum as then it may not tarnish ððð Rado disgraceful, if anybody wants proof just ask me as happy to prove as have kept emails and details.

Rado is a very complacent company. They treat their customers with total contempt. Customer service is non existent. I really wish my wife and I hadn't bought matching Rados for our anniversary.

Please do not buy Rado watch. I bought this thinking as luxury timepiece and whilst wearing it fell and when send for warranty claim they suggested itâs manual intervention. I am unable to understand watch strap was faulty and it got broken and felt on ground in warranty time period. Please do not buy anything from them .Bullish Service.

Yesterday I spoke with Beth at Rado as I had misplaced my travel watch case. Beth was extremely helpful and in my opinion went above and beyond as she not only found what I was looking for and to my amazement it was delivered today. That is what I call service of the highest possible order. Oh, their watches are brilliant too.

Bought a ceramic white RADO watch in March 2025, used it regularly but not all the time, ended up with a few small scratches on the edge and the strap, this was in June 2025, sent it to RADO of my concerns why the condition has been like this in a short period of time, I was told wear and tear, only had it 3 months, how can this be wear and tear. The watch is advertised scratch resistant which is very misleading as this is one of the reasons why I bought the watch. The cost from RADO to get fixed is over £900, but a good will gesture they will reduce it by 50%, the watch cost me £2450 , absolutely furious, not confident when it is fixed how long it was be scratched , very angry customer.

Got a watch 4 years ago as a 40th birthday present to my husband.
He wore it couple of times on special occasions and kept it in an original pouch and box.
He jumped into our garden pool and forgot he was wearing it and guess what? It is filled with water! It claims water residence up to 50 m but they told me after 4 years the seals are worn out! I paid over £1100 and it is all gone! They refused to fix it unless I pay for it!
Shame on you RADO! My Swatch watch which is over 10 years old never had a seal replaced and still works and I swim regularly in it!!!! Paid only 35 quid !

Meine 16 Jahre alte Rado Jubile brauchte wieder einmal eine neue Batterie (das 3.mal seit dem Kauf der Uhr).
Also Rado kontaktiert, Uhrenbox erhalten und ab zu Rado in Wien.
Ãber die Rado HP den Lauf der
Reparatur verfolgt und nach 10 Tagen eine eMail erhalten, in welcher mir mitgeteilt wurde, daà meine Uhr fertig ist und per Post an mich gesendet wird.
Drei Tage spÀter meine Rado wieder auf das Handgelenk geschnallt und den Rechnungsbetrag Ìberwiesen.
Auch der Kundensupport per eMail war sehr gut.

Failed twice within 3 years
I have had my watch for 3 years. Having paid £1500 I expected it to last longer but it has stopped working and now needs to be sent for assessment at a cost of £300 + repair costs. The watch was a replace for another that failed within a month of purchase.
The watches are all brand, the quality does not live up to expectations. I have gone back to my Apple Watch while I decide what to buy next, it wont be a Rado.

I want spare parts for my Rado watch. I have been trying to contact them via email and Phone calls.
I received the Ticket number (01335631) for the message I sent but haven't received a response after a week.
The waiting time on the phone is exceptionally long. I waited for an hour twice and cut the line. This is very disappointing. I still haven't fixed my rado.

Je leur ai envoyé la montre que j'ai offert à ma compagne qui n'était certes pas neuve mais qui était en bon état sans rayures.
Rado m'a fait un devis de 900 euros suite à la réception selon eux d'une montre rayée et trÚs abimée.
