Absolutely top class service for our 30+ year-old loft ladder! It had become really stiff and a joiner had advised it would need replaced. Contacted Ramsay’s one evening by email, reply and phone call the next morning. And just a few days later, cleaned, serviced and repaired, it works like new. And the invoice didn’t break the bank.

Basically the price of an item,a simple pair of k plug rubber feet was only £5 last time I purchased them,this time they were £14.50,rediculous

Lovely ladder, came quickly.

I have lived in my house for over 30 years and have a large loft, only accessible by a Ramsay loft ladder that is well used, probably 2-3 times a week. As the sliding slippers and bushes were showing signs of wear, I thought that I would check to see if these could be replaced so was quite surprised when after such a long time I found a replacement bracket on the Ramsay website that included these parts. And better still, when it arrived it was identical so very easy to replace. Great service!

This Company were very helpful when I emailed them to seek replacements for the counter balance springs on my unmarked loft ladder. They examined photographs to check the springs would fit and work. The replacement springs were sent promptly, and took less than 10 minutes to fit and work perfectly.
An excellent example of great Customer service with excellent communication throughout.

The website was clear and easy to use, the replacement ladder feet arrived very quickly. The feet were easily trimmed to fit the ladder sections in no time . A very good service all round.

People don’t realise that paying a little more to get the best is worth it

Fantastic service after I ordered the wrong size ladders for my study! The company gave me a refund for the difference and delivered and picked up the original and replacement ladders. Really friendly customer service guy and they didn’t laugh too much at me! Ladders themselves solid wood and look great painted to match my floor to ceiling bookcases.
