Awful experience so far.
We purchased a Falcon cooker through rangecookers.co.uk, which was installed in late March 2026. Upon inspection immediately after installation, we discovered that the cooker had been damaged during transit and/or installation. The issue was reported the same day.
Since then, we have been in regular contact with both rangecookers.co.uk and AGA Rangemaster, yet months later we are still waiting for the necessary spare parts to complete the repair. We have received several assurances and updates along the way, leaving us hopeful that the issue would finally be resolved.
Today, after eagerly anticipating the engineer's visit and waiting for over four hours, we were informed that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. The engineer had been significantly delayed and, to make matters worse, not all the required parts were available to complete the repair.
The cooker itself appears to be a great product, but the after-sales service and communication from both rangecookers.co.uk and AGA Rangemaster have been extremely disappointing. A straightforward repair should not take several months to resolve. Both companies need to seriously review their customer service and support processes.

Update: It is not range cooker shop’s fault re the problems. They did give financial compensation for initial delayed delivery. They did not reply to my email filling them in on ongoing problems though, I just see from their reply to my complaint that they have seen this. The real problem is with Falcon…
Steer clear of Falcon I'm afraid to say. I have been trying to get my Falcon Oven fixed by
Falcon/Rangemaster since last October (having bought it May 2026 with what was meant to be 2 months lead time but delivered 2 months late, Sept 2026) and I can only think they must be going under as I am having virtually non existent after care and service by them. My hob needs replacing and the wrong one has been delivered or it’s been delivered broken to their engineers 4 times now. The people they use to fix it do not communicate and keep ordering the wrong parts. The oven arrived cooking hotter at the front than the back (the engineer said this is a common problem) and this has still not been fixed, nearly a year later, despite someone coming out to replace a part very late in the evening last autumn. The doors are not adjusted properly so wonky and heat escapes at the bottom. the oven rattles. There seems to be no way to get to the bottom of these problems. I made the decision to go for such a premium oven as I hoped it might be a once in a life time purchase and I loved the look of it but now I can't stand to look at it with it's plank of wood where the hob should be. I've been cooking on camping stoves since last October and can't find a way forward. I hate to write this as I don't want them to go bust as then there really never will be any way to get it fixed but please steer clear at all costs if you value your sanity! I have spend hours upon hours on the phone and writing emails and they as a company just do not function, just like their ovens.

Love the cooker didnt love how long the setting of the delivery and then even though we paid for installation they didnt send the installation person that day..

Unfortunately, it was not resolved and had to be returned. In their kindness and for what they stand for, gave me a much better upgrade without any extra charge. And so much so they also contributed to my Gas Engineer's costs of disconnection and reconnection. I can't thank them all enough for theirs upholding their gold standard of pristine customer service. Many thanks for all your help. I would highly recommend Rangemasters in a heartbeat. They are simply the Best!

This company was recommended to us by a neighbour and to date they have lived up to that recommendation. I bought a Stoves rangecooker from range cookers.co.uk last year and there were issues with the operation of the ovens. I tried to sort out these issues with Stoves directly via their guarantee system but this was lacking in many ways, especially communication. I contacted range cookers.co.uk and through their communication channels, a replacement Stoves rangecooker was installed. Sadly, the operation of the ovens on the replacement also did not function well and range cookers.co.uk have taken over my case. A refund has been arranged and I am awaiting a delivery of another make of rangecooker. For me, it has been a long and protracted tale of woe with the Stoves range cookers but range cookers.co.uk had been extremely helpful in getting the matter sorted out. Top marks for customer service to date, especially Shannon.

Shannon and Anna are amazing. The company actually cares for its customers. Had an awful experience with the cooker I bought (through no fault of the company) - Shannon did everything possible to ensure everything was replaced , did the chasing and keeping us updated , the same with Anna. I would recommend them purely based on the service I have received. Thank you Shannon and Anna.

Excellent customer service. Bought belling cookcentre 110 d/f range 15/04/26 Anna went through everything with me, even got delivery date changed to suit my requirements.
Then it all went pear shaped!!!
Delivery company 'Expert' sent a message on 2/5/26 Saturday afternoon to say they would be in touch about pending delivery on Sunday 3/5/26. 6.24am Sunday morning text message arrived saying item would be delivered between 8:38 & 12:38. Why so early Sunday morning sending messages and calling? Then AO turn up with my range at 10am. I must admit I was seething mad, i know I could buy the range at a reduced rate from AO, however due to my last experience of AO goods, no thank you. I was then convinced as it was AO delivery van and AO liveried men that the goods were from AO.
I have spoken with Mark (manager) at Rangemaster today (poor Mark got both barrels from me as I was so cross) he has assured me I have bought my range from Rangemaster and not AO. It seams Expert Logistics has been bought out by AO so they are doing logistics for other companies…this is not a good look for the other companies …especially like me having had prior issues, plus the customer service from these logistics is not good. Who sends messages before 8am on weekends. I guess their motto is I’m up, everyone else up!
Thank you Mark for your help and understanding. Everyone at your shop does give excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Rangemaster your product knowledge and customer service are excellent.

The Rangecooker is an exemplary piece of equipment. The workmanship is first class. Once the sale was agreed a delivery date was given and it arrived as agreed. The delivery driver and mate were very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company

Fantastic experience with this shop. I rang for assistance and found the them extremely helpful—nothing was too much trouble, and they clearly know their products inside out. The cooker is beautiful, stylish, and very easy to use, exactly as what was described. I would definitely shop here again and would highly recommend them to anyone struggling to find the right appliance as they make the whole process easy and provide expert guidance every step of the way.

I did a lot of research and contacted several companies before settling on Rangecookers.co.uk. Right from the outset, I was impressed by the responsive, kind customer service - whether by e-mail or phone. When an issue arose with my installation (which wasn't the fault of Rangecookers.co.uk or of the Bertazzoni-approved installer), Rangecookers.co.uk were sympathetic, helpful and proactive. It took a while to get sorted but eventually, it was and that wouldn't have been possible without their continuing help and support. Shannon is a legend and Anna is awesome too. They went over and above the call of duty and this is a company I absolutely trust.

I have heard nothing from the delivery company and on four separate occasions have been put on hold for over 10 mins. They are well over the 10 days delivery time yet have not reached out to me nor are answering the phone.

We had an issue with our Belling Cooker. We contacted Range Cookers in Chester and spoke with Shannon who took complete control of our issue. We felt totally confident in leaving matters with Shannon. She told us what she would be doing and when we could expect a resolution. She kept us updated frequently and true to her word she resolved our issue. This exemplary customer service is why we bought our cooker from Range Cookers in Chester. The true mark of a retailer is how they respond when there is an issue. Shannon’s response was a credit to her employers and a clear example of what first class customer service looks like in practice. Thank you Shannon.

I'm giving Rangecookers 4 stars because Mike who I dealt with has been brilliant. We had a manufacturing issue with the appliance and he went above and beyond to get it resolved for us.
The zoneless induction hob is fantastic and we love it.
Stoves need to review their quality checking procedure but otherwise we're very happy.
