We had an issue with our Belling Cooker. We contacted Range Cookers in Chester and spoke with Shannon who took complete control of our issue. We felt totally confident in leaving matters with Shannon. She told us what she would be doing and when we could expect a resolution. She kept us updated frequently and true to her word she resolved our issue. This exemplary customer service is why we bought our cooker from Range Cookers in Chester. The true mark of a retailer is how they respond when there is an issue. I purchased Falcon 110 deluxe all electric oven through Kitchen Things in New Zealand.
I have had my oven nearly for 13 years and still love it. It is a great investment. It cooks food evenly and does roast potatoes like I have never tasted before. Crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. We have only recently put in a replacement catch and pin purchased through FLBone NZ and 2 light bulbs.
I am selling my house and sadly leaving it behind. I hope I can buy another one if space allows.

Call answered quickly, spoke to Anna who answered all my questions clearly and then phoned back so sort out an order which was done efficiently and in a very friendly way by Mike. Placed an order at best price available from any other supplier, removal of old cooker, installation of new, and conversion to LPG at no extra cost. Two days later received written confirmation and delivery date in 9 weeks time from Rangemaster.This is how service used to be! I paid Rangecookers.co.uk for the removal and disposal of my old range cooker, but the delivery team refused to complete the job, claiming it couldnât be done. This was not true as the cooker was the exact same size as the new one delivered, and another company removed it the very next day without any problem. Clearly, the issue was not access but the unwillingness on the part of the delivery team.
Despite clear evidence that the issue was with the delivery team, Rangecookers.co.uk refused to refund me, insisting the charge still stood. Their responses were polite but dismissive, deflecting responsibility rather than addressing the fact that I paid for a service that was not carried out.
Itâs extremely frustrating to be left out of pocket for something I did not receive. This shows poor accountability and disregard for customer fairness. I would not recommend Rangecookers based on this experience.

I ordered a rangemaster classic duel fuel 100 in the beginning of March 2025. I have been advised when placing the order that delivery will take 4-6 weeks however the very first delivery option was end of May what I accepted. One week before the delivery I have been advised that there is a delay with the product manufacturing hence the delivery needs to be pushed back to end of June. When I get closer to this date I emailed the company just checking if everything is alright with the delivery, when I have been informed that they need to push it back once again until end of July. I am very frustrated with this as the cooker was going into a refurbed kitchen where the old cooker was taken out hence no cooking option in my house since the beginning of May when all the works started. After all these issues I requested a full refund what the company fulfilled. However their 100 cookers is actually 994 cm and all the units were placed in my new kitchen according to this measurement. Unfortunately this is not a standard size as other 100 cookers on the market 998/999mm so a 100 cooker won't fit hence I need to redesign the kitchen costing extra costs to my already expensive renovation. Absolutely fuming with this company. In another note I ordered my new cooker from Currys yesterday with a next day delivery. Well done Currys.

We loved the cooker we ordered, unfortunately, it was broken on delivery. (the oven door), It was a different team that arranged repairs and said it would take 2 weeks originally. 2 Months later, we were no closer to fixing it, so after speaking with Shannon from Rangecookers, she helped arrange a pick-up and a full refund for the cooker.
The reason for the five stars is that the service we received from Rangecooker themselves (in particular from Shannon) was efficient, and the product was great. They were let down by their partner contractors.

A Complete Disappointment: Poor Quality, Unfit for Purpose, and Subpar Customer Support
We purchased this oven with high expectations, anticipating that it would be a reliable and functional addition to our new home, especially as new parents. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but a source of frustration and regret from the very beginning.
Product Quality Issues
From the moment it was installed, the oven displayed significant defects. The door has never sealed properly, leading to prolonged heating times and excessive gas consumption. We have had to replace the door seal twice in just 7 years. This fundamental issue severely undermines the oven's efficiency and performance. Additionally, within the first 12 months, the thermostat failed, followed by a malfunction of the main heating element 18 months later, leaving the oven inoperable for three months while we waited for a diagnosis and parts to be sourced. Another 12 months later, the ovenâs bulb failed, and due to its design, this caused the entire oven to stop functioning. It took three weeks to source a replacement bulb.
The hob's auto gas shut-off function has also been problematic. On one occasion, we detected a strong smell of gas in the kitchen, only to discover a fault in the hobâs safety shut-off valve. This is not just an inconvenience; it is a serious safety issue.
The ovenâs performance has been equally disappointing. Baking and roasting have been nearly impossible due to severe hot spots. For example, during its first use, we ruined a Christmas dinner as the back-left corner overcooked to a crisp while the front-right remained undercooked. Initially, we attributed this to inexperience with the appliance, but we later learned that uneven cooking is a common issue with lower-quality ovens.
Unfit for Purpose
This oven has proven to be completely unfit for purpose. Despite costing over £1,000âa significant investmentâit has failed to meet even basic expectations for functionality. Replacing essential parts such as door seals, thermostats, and heating elements has been an exercise in frustration. Even direct contact with the manufacturer yielded little success in locating the necessary parts in a reasonable time (3 months for the thermostat). After months of persistent effort, we were eventually provided with replacement parts, but only after considerable inconvenience.
Slow Customer Support
The customer service experience has been equally disappointing. Once the product was sold, it became apparent that after-sales support was non-existent via their support providers. We were passed from one provider to another, with no one able to locate spare parts. Our case was handed off to Connect Services, the repair partner, who struggled to find parts or even stockists of spares, before directing us back to the manufacturer. The only positive aspect of the customer service experience was the support we received from Mike and Anna, who, once assigned to our case, went above and beyond to locate parts and arrange repairs. However, the primary cause of the delays appeared to be the unavailability of parts and the inefficiency of Connect Services.
When we initially reported the defects, our request for a refund was dismissed, despite the oven being nearly unusable. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to address the productâs failures has been deeply disappointing.
Final Verdict
While the oven is aesthetically pleasing and fits well in our space, it has been the worst purchase we have ever made. We stretched our budget to buy what we thought would be a high-quality appliance to meet the needs of our growing family, but it has consistently let us down. After consulting with British Gas about the gas leak to the hob due to a failed safety cut off switch, we were advised to stop using the oven altogether pending repair. We now rely on our Ninja air fryer for all our cooking, as the oven has proven to be unreliable.
In conclusion, this oven represents poor craftsmanship, unreliable performance, and extremely slow customer service. I strongly advise anyone in the market for a dependable, safe, and functional oven to avoid this brand. It has been an incredibly costly and regrettable experience for our family.

Purchased an item that has a manufacturing defect and is unable to function. Unable to return, unable to get a refund. Passed to customer support of the manufacturer. Unfortunately the manufacturer Faber is useless, and each contact to the support team is a request for details. The response to the details is to request the same details. Stuck in an endless loop. I think Iâve been conned. Sell faulty product, put you in an email loop, never sort it out, keep the money.
