Purchased a used scooter from the Weymouth shop, absolute first class service from Abby. Very polite and kind. No pressure sales from this company, will be using them for all ongoing service and repairs. They’ve a wide range of scooters, very knowledgeable, and more than happy to help.

Warren has no proof the police laughed him off I'm camaras on property all that evening I come from Poole if I where to cause problems I do Poole shop if he honour the welding none of this would have happened you. My mother purchased a mobility scooter récently from your shop. We were really pleased with the service and friendly manner of the team. Ricky was so helpful when showing us how to use the scooter and he was particularly helpful when showing us how to put it into my mum’s car. A five star review for a five star service and team. This may be a long one but I hope it helps those of you who are contemplating a mobility scooter... My disability crept up on me to the point where I had a doctors appointment in town and needed to visit other premises whilst there. I would need to get a taxi to each premises, so would need to phone the taxi service and wait after each visit? Rapid Mobility had just opened on Abbotsbury Road Weymouth just down the road where I lived. Just like most men I did not like the idea of having to use a scooter as it showed my weakness after years of physical work and activity. PLEASE DO NOT FEEL LIKE THIS GUYS! Passing the shop one day i suddenly thought about it and popped in. Got a very friendly reception, explained my dilemma and they were very understanding. SO I HIRED A SCOOTER. BEST THING i COULD OF DONE, IT GAVE ME SO MUCH FREEDOM. It made so much difference to my freedom. The guys at Rapid Mobility were understanding, careful to listen to my needs and really helpful. I have purchased a couple of scooters over the years and felt confident enough to buy a rise and recline armchair and indeed a bed that helps me , you know the ones? You can raise yourself up etc. The most recent need was for a power wheelchair for around the home. I am prone to the odd blackout and fall,. My son sleeps without worrying now bless him. As you can tell, I have watched the staff and conversed with all of them over these years and have every confidence in them. I have watched Warren, the owner work hard to make sure his customers are well looked after which is reflected in the staff members efforts. Ask them and they will go to great lengths to help you. I have never been let down by them. Thanks guys. Last comment! TO THOSE OLD, INDEPENDENT AND PROUD PEOPLE JUS LIKE ME , JUST GO AND HAVE A CHAT WITH THEM. Take care my friends

Hired mobilty scooter for the week made a massive difference to what would have been a limited holiday. Rapid mobilty gave good equipment and friendly advise.

Really fab service today from Rikki and Nigel. We went into the shop in Poole looking for a chair , by 5pm it had been delivered and set up for us. Can't thank them enough , my partner is now sitting comfortably.

Massive thank you to Rapid Mobility for their hire service. I booked a scooter to be delivered to Monkey World and it was there ready and waiting for me so I could enjoy the day out with my family. Then at end of my visit I left it ready for them to collect.
Such an easy process to do, you should advertise it on Monkey Worlds website!

I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me not once but twice now they are helped in at a moments notice. My mobility has been greatly reduce since Christmas and we have had to use them twice. They are care and compassionate, honestly they are simply the best. Same day delivery on both occasions and was made to feel that they are always there for my mobility needs. The customer service at this company is excellent. They were accommodating and responsive to my questions, showing there knowledge of the different mobility aids that they have. The gentleman that delivered my latest mobility showed kindness and patience as he explain how to use this. They are a credit to the community and deserve to have the recognition.

What this company is doing well is employing Rikki to work in their Poole branch, he was very helpful, friendly, with no pressure applied,I wish all shops had the same attitude and good knowledge of their products as Rikki has.I have no hesitation in recommending Rapid Mobility Poole.

My wife recently had a stroke and we required a wheelchair to get her out of the house. It was delivered, a quick run through of everything and we were good to go. Thank you so much

I bought a mobility scooter from rapid mobility 12 months ago. My scooter was picked up today and taken into the shop for its 12 month service. The service was successfully done, during the time since I’ve had the scooter, it was damaged by someone crashing into the back of me and breaking a wheel arch. The team kindly repaired the damage. Unfortunately my scooter succumbed to the other wheel arch being damaged. Steve phoned me to apologise and said he would replace both wheel arches with brand new ones as compensation, this was very kind of him, and is greatly appreciated. I would truly recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a powered wheelchair which had intermittent fault.
Ricky was really helpful with the problem so much so he could not replicate until we were in Poole on Saturday 4/03/23 and the fault occurred I went to shop and they came out and saw the fault.
Ricky apologised for all the inconvenience and rang his boss and arranged a different type of scooter which was a lot more expensive than the wheelchair he let us have it at no extra cost.
All through these problems the staff were friendly,helpful and professional I believe they went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough

Very disappointed with the hard sales and scare tactics used by this local company. After a call from them initially offering a discount service I agreed and they came and collected my husbands mobility scooter.The same day they called and informed me that his scooter was in fact dead and the motor burnt out. (His exact words).I thought this was odd as it had been working fine when they collected it and drove it under its own steam from our back garden to their van and on to it. I was very distressed and immediately contacted my son who called them and spoke to Warren to clarify what had happened. It seems their choice of words were not actually correct. In fact the scooter was not in fact dead but still working and the motor still running.
My son suggested to them that they should look up the word ‘dead’ in their dictionary, and maybe if they had given the advice that in their professional opinion the scooter was dying and on its last legs, then maybe they would have had a sale from us of a replacement scooter that they informed me that they had in stock.
However after blatantly lying to me when in fact it wasn’t dead but still working, we were left feeling that they were out to con us into instantly buying the replacement that they had in stock and could deliver that day.
We are both well into our 80s and luckily have a son to look out for us. We now feel that we cannot even trust a local company that has a vulnerable elderly customer base. My advice is be very careful. There is a very big difference between ‘dead’ and ‘dying’(on last legs).
The receipt that they gave me actually states ‘motor burnt out’ when my husband has since used it.

I have just bought a wheelchair and power pack from Rapid Mobility. Excellent no nonesense rapid service and competitively priced.

I would highly recommend Rapid Mobility. They were very friendly, kind and supportive from the first phone call. Ricky went out of his way to help me find the right wheelchair my husband needed with care and compassion. He also checked with the care home nurses and support staff were ok using this amazing padded and tilting, specialist wheelchair. The Rapid Mobility team kept in regularly contact with me and were always kind and considerate.

Great company very helpful we have bought 3 items from this company the poole branch and the workers were so helpful and informative and very professional delivered on time and set up nothing was to much trouble for them I will always stick to this company I would highly recommend the poole branch thankyou for all the help

This firm I give 5 stars they were absolutely on the ball We hired a scooter to be delivered to a holiday park at Christmas as we couldn’t fit ours in car with all kids presents When we arrived there it was at reception as promised Great price aswell Thanks to your team 👍👍👍👍
