My mum wanted to hire a mobility scooter whilst in the area for a few days. From the moment we rang Steve at the Poole shop and visited in person to collect the scooter, the service received from Steve was exceptional. Gave great advice, very efficient and helpful, also very friendly. He also said we could leave the scooter at Monkey World for him to pick up so we didn't have to go back to the shop in Poole. Steve is a real asset to Rapid Mobility in Poole and we have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and will definitely use again whilst in the area.

Went back to store today after previous purchases to purchase a rolator for my mum. Had great service from them and excellent customer service with a query all was sorted promptly, professional and a caring manor

Popped into the Poole shop today for a minor fix for my Dad’s rollator walker. Fixed in 5 minutes, which meant my Dad didn’t have to be without it- excellent.

Feeling apprehensive about buying and using a mobility scooter for the first time I visited the Poole shop. Right from the start Rikki put me at ease, no hard sales patter, no pressure, just good advice and the ability to try out different models, he made me feel extremely comfortable about the whole thing. I'm now the proud owner of a Rascal, which was delivered the same day, what service! and at last have my freedom back. Would recommend Rapid Mobility to anyone, thank you so much

I would like to share my fantastic experience I had at the Rapid Mobility LTD in Poole. Great service with their two staff including Rikki there in house engineer, very knowledgeable. Helped me with my new pavement scooter which is perfect for my disability needs.

What a joy to enter Rapid Mobility in Poole when we were on holiday and be greeted by Ricky who gave us a warm greeting and his advice was excellent.
We hired a scooter for 2 days to experience using a scooter and were pleasantly surprised.
We decided to buy the Pride Colt Executive scooter which Ricky recommended. There was a more expensive one but he did not think it would be as suitable for me.
It was good to know that Ricky was thinking of the client and not selling the most expensive scooter.
We then met Steve who is going to deliver the scooter and personally check it over. He also could not have been more helpful. What a team you have at Poole.
In fact we have a mobility shop 2 miles from home but decided to use the shop in Poole as we were so impressed at the service we received.

Great experience with superb service and friendly staff.. the cup of tea while waiting for adjustment was 5 stars alone..
I bought one of the Titan range which was superb for my size and handles magnificently with every conceivable extras needed for safe road use at night.. something you would feel safe in with well built frame and surround covers that are both attractive and practical with a range of colours
The motorbike controls are easy and quickly mastered with quick reach lights and power controls..
My one is fitted with a large lockable basket on the back with plenty of room also there is more room under the seat mount which is only accessible via the key supplied that locks the steering and switches the electric motor on..
Seat is adjustable for arm reach comfort which also tilts for best back support also adjustable headrest..
The store at Poole is where I purchased and is well stocked with every type of wheelchair, Power Chair and Scooter you could want..
Worth a visit to be met by professional and competent consultants that will gladly help without pressure..
They also repair and part exchange with great prices
My confidence in Warren and his team is 100%..

I can't rate, recommend or thank Rapid Mobility enough for the help today in getting us a scooter and wheelchair, we thought we were going to be stuck at the hotel all holiday, they were fantastic so friendly even though they had to open the shop and deliver to us on a Sunday when they're closed. Highly recommend they're brilliant

Our hotel in Weymouth let us down after saying we could hire a scooter & wheelchair for mom no problem. We rang and rang Rapid Mobility on a Sunday and they were closed, we gave up hope, not long after we had a call back as they'd seen our calls, the man who rang said they were closed but he would go and open the shop and hire us what we needed give him an hour and that's exactly what he did, we are so grateful for what he did for us, opening and delivering for us when he could have had his day of rest, Many Thanks Rapid Mobility you went Above and Beyond and we highly recommend their service, very friendly and helpful, shall contact them direct in future.

I was in Poole over the weekending 27/3/22 and visited the Poole shop I would highly recommend popping in and having a look from repair to service new and second hand scooters stairlift arm chairs etc they all know how to help you and answer any questions you have the shop is big stock rotating daily grab a bargain don’t miss out give this a try you never know what may catch your eye thanks Terry

Rapid Mobility, Poole, is highly recommended by me and my wife. I don't think that I have ever received such good service. The two 'Rickies' know how to put purchasers at ease. They have a full knowledge of the products that they sell and are able to explain and demonstrate them, so that people can understand. The whole purchase was made so pleasant. They know how to look after their customers. The scooter was delivered to my house and a full demonstration of how to use it was given. These boys are the bees' knees.
Use them, if you want to remain mobile!

The service my Nan received from Rapid Mobility was truley 5 star. She phoned about having a electric bath chair fittted and they offered to come out the very same day! Their prices are very competitive and for the service received its worth every penny.
After a stroke my Nan hasn't has the confidence to have a bath as she worries about getting in and out. So for them to fit straight away was massive for her. Thank you Rapid she's one very happy lady!

I have just purchased a wonderful mobility scooter from Rapid Mobility Ltd.
I was shown a lovely scooter that is exactly what I was looking for.
Not just that but I was greeted by two really informative people who answered all of my questions and more.
Absolutely no pressure or stress, just Absolute friendliness.

Best decision I have made, and best place in Poole Town. Also established in Weymouth Dorset.

I contacted Rapid Mobility to just gain some information and I spoke to Warren, he was very informative and helpful. Unfortunately for me geographically he was unable to physically assist with my mum's dilemma, however he did everything he could to ensure I knew exactly what I needed, knowing he wasn't going to get any business from it! Fantastic service. Called at 9am on Saturday morning whilst on holiday and had a wheelchair delivered to our lodge and shown how to use it by 10am. Could not ask for a better service. Delivery/collection was included in the hire price which was very cheap.Was informed could leave the wheelchair in reception on Monday morning and they would collect. Would highly recommend.
