Rateable Value Experts レビュー

Avoid at all costs! This company approached me, unsolicited contact and advised they were working on behalf of the valuation office. They convinced me that I had a highly successful case to reduce my business rates as they would be going up by £10,000 a year in the next quarter. Having paid close to £1000, my business rates were actually reduced by 50% due to local council funding for small businesses. They are useless at replying to emails, send you false information and weirdly sent me a document to sign months after our case was rejected by the VOA. Terrible company to deal with. Say they will get back to you and never do. The worst communication I’ve ever experienced.

Dealing with these guys was a breeze, and I felt completely confident in placing my trust in them. Their readiness to assist is commendable - they truly deserve more than just 5 stars.

This excellent small company genuinely cares about its customers. They are knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Unlike the larger organizations I've dealt with, which seem to have lost their touch when it comes to customer service, this company stands out.

I highly recommend considering this company. They are incredibly efficient, quick, and delightful to converse with over the phone.
