I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. Pleasant atmosphere. I had a small issue it was handled very professionally. My next purchase I’m going to return & go back Raymour & Flannigan. Shout Out to Erika 😃

We knew exactly what we wanted. Our sales rep checked for availability but was unable to come up with it even though he checked all over. We did purchase another chair which we can’t wait to arrive!

Very good quality furniture! Lots and lots to choose from. We ended up buying a sofa and chair that were “floor model” pieces, but they were perfect condition. Staff was helpful when they were needed. But they let us wander around without being annoying. The Bryce sofa and chair set we got were an awesome deal and are beautiful in our new living room.

Our salesman was wonderful. He was personable and knowledgeable. Definitely use him again.

I believe his name was Alex that helped me. Very kind and helpful. The process of purchasing was quick which is appreciated. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, compared to other stores and for a reasonable price.

Mr. Miles Mentis serviced my purchase. He is very respectful and professional. He is patient and attended my needs well. He took the time to give me the information I needed to buy my furniture. I was not going buy anything that day, but I was ready and confident to.make a purchase.
He suggested a resource how to remove my old furniture when
I asked. I am comfortable and excited about my purchase. I was a Taft customer and now, I am a Raymour and Flanigan customer. I reccommend Mr. Mentis and will recommend him to others. I know family and friends who can/will be valued customers.

On Sunday 4/23/23 My son and I stopped at Raymour & Flanigan to check the availability of Lift chairs that were in stock. The best thing that happened that happened was being greeted by a wonderful sales person Michael Matthews. It was clear from the beginning that he was interested in helping us to find the chair that best met my newly diagnosed needs. Mr. Matthews was very knowledgeable with every item in this catagory. He graciously explained howeach chair worked and encouraged me to carefully try several different chairs for the level of comfort. Mr. Matthews was nearby to answer all my questions but stepped back to allow my son and I to discuss the appropriateness of each chair. We had been to another store where a similar chair was much less expensive but is was Mr. Matthews way of presenting himself and showing sincere interest in finding the best chair he even was able to arrange a 15% discount for the cost. I must say that our successful purchase that will be delivered on Thursday was the result of Mr. Matthews caring selling skills! Thank you, Jane Fitzmaurice

Our experience was great because
1.We were greated at the entrance by the associate who asked what we were in the store to shop for and then showed us where the area was located.
2. She provided information that we were seeking and then
3. Leftus on our own to explore and only came back to checkon us periodically to ask if she could halp us with any questions we might have and the
4. Left us to let us to continue our searching by ourselves.
5. When we felt we had made our final choice, we sought her out to inform her of our choice.

Miles was extraordinary!! From the moment he greeted us I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience.

Hello! The website is very user friendly and easy from start to finish!

I was happy to see that there was a box to fill in for a team member that assisted me when I went to the store to look at the furniture in person.

Tim was our salesperson. He did a great job answering all are questions without following us around as some places do. He even moved side tables to see how they would look with the sofa and chair. He also went over all the payment options. It was refreshing to deal with someone that had experience. I would definitely recommend the Latham store.

Your loss prevention department made things very inconvenient, requesting ID, credit card copy and mortgage/lease copies for an order that had an approved credit card two different times. I have ordered many items for my sister, paid for them with my CC and shipped them to her address. NO ONE has ever asked for any additional information. This will be the LAST time I place an order with your company, and I'm only doing it because she likes the furniture. I would have been looking elsewhere if it were my decision.
