My wife and I appreciated Jerry's help when we came in to look at living room sets. He had answers to everything we were questioning at his fingertips. Jerry grabbed a cart and brought over a chair to the other side of the store. We were able to see how the 2 pieces looked together. Thank you Jerry and Thank you Raymour and Flanigan for our new living room furniture.

My wife and I found the experience at Raymour & Flanigan most pleasant. The sales agent was most helpful and professional.

I’m handicapped and just got out of the hospital. My sister in law went shopping for me and the sales person went out of his way to find me the perfect power lift chair! It was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday and he managed to get the delivery date changed to Sunday! I thank him for that and look forward to getting my chair!

Very accomadating and has a wealth of information on products

The Salesperson, Jordan, was great. I researched R&F website so we knew pretty much what we wanted and what was as available. The website is easy and friendly. He was familiar with the power loveseat recliner we were interested in and offered other suggestions as well. It was not on display but the single recliner was for us to try. Our Friday purchase was available on Monday but we chose Tuesday. Our last purchase of at least half of the furniture in our home from R&F was six years ago and we were very happy with everything except the loveseat recliner which we have been unable to get comfortable in for the last few years. We’re hoping the power recliner we are purchasing will, since it has loads of adjustments available.

The salesman, Brian, was very helpful and friendly. After shopping around in several other capital region stores, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Raymour & Flanigan's wait time for the chair I purchased was 1 month rather than anywhere from 3 to 9 months.

Cap did an excellent job working with us and even went over and beyond. He contacted us later in the day to inform us that he found the furniture we wanted.

The salesman I spoke with on the phone was rude. I wanted to purchase a sofa but pillows from a different couch. He spoke to me as if I had lost my mind. "So, you want to buy one sofa but the pillows from a different sofa?" He said condescendingly. I then asked him if I am the first to buy a sofa and buy pillows from a different sofa. He did not answer my question. He said, "Well, it will take a long time to get them." I assured him this was not an issue. He then told me he couldn't order them because they are an outlet item.

His entire tone was unprofessional, crude and off-putting. So, I decided to just buy the sofa online instead of getting it with his name attached to the sale.
