Recently we purchased furniture for our den on Nov.2,2024. Our sales associate was extraordinary! He single handedly carried a coffee table and 2 end tables across the entire store to help us see if it coordinated with the couches we were purchasing. Because of the care and efforts of Sales Associate Mr. Mansur Chowdhury at the East Hanover location we got the entire package.

Could not get a response from the service number given to me in my confirmation so I called the East Hanover store and a wonderful person set up a new delivery date for me.

Simone is Great!
Simone is very personable, knowledgeable and patient! She stuck with us and helped us through the process of picking out furniture, changing our minds and re-picking out a whole different living room set. I would ask for her again next time I plan to visit your store in East Hanover, NJ.

Delivery was on time
Delivery was on time. Delivery guys were very nice, set everything up and took the old box spring and wrappings with them. Can’t ask for more than that!

Couldn’t find sales staff and expensive delivery charge
I shopped around alone and then went to the desk for help - cashier was useless. And finally I found a sales person. They were all hiding I guess - found that annoying I couldn’t find anyone. But once she came she was great! Helpful and I bought what I went there for although you charge a lot for delivery. Ashley only charges $99.
